easy peasy transition and reporting
What do you like best about Perfect Venue?
The customizable lead form is game changing, and the reports are super easy to filter to what you need. The Ai replies have saved SO much time. Overall im extremely happy with my decision to switch programs and go with perfect venue. I use it everyday. The transition was very easy, we didn't even need to do anything on our side, integrating into our website was easy. Our rep was very informed and answered any questions we had in ample time.
What do you dislike about Perfect Venue?
I can't really figure out the booking system, meaning multiple days for one event.
Recommendations to others considering Perfect Venue?
Perfect Venue has been instrumental in resolving our frustrating reporting issues. We've gained the ability to completely customize the lead form, which is a huge win! Now, we gather all the necessary information upfront, eliminating the time-consuming back-and-forth with clients.

We are able to have conversations with many guests at once while staying organized and ensuring prompt responses A user friendly event coordinating platform that continues to add value to our organization

The platform is very easy to use and allows all members of the team to stay informed on upcoming events at their particular location

I don't really have any negative feedback other than there are still so many features we haven't discovered yet

What do you like best about Perfect Venue?
Perfect Venue has been a game-changer for us at The Ridge Event Venue! As a new venue, we needed software that was intuitive, efficient, and easy to navigate—Perfect Venue delivers on all fronts. The platform streamlines our booking process, keeps contracts and invoices organized, and simplifies communication with clients. It has made managing our events seamless and stress-free. Highly recommend for any venue looking for an all-in-one solution! The Customer support is awesome as well! Kelsey has been amazing to work with and has been super helpful as we are getting our booking software customized.
What do you dislike about Perfect Venue?
We would love to see improvements in the calendar functionality, such as a dedicated 'tour only' option to better differentiate between tours and booked events. This would help streamline scheduling even further. Despite this, the software remains a valuable asset, and we highly recommend it to other venues!
What problems is Perfect Venue solving and how is that benefiting you?
Perfect Venue has been a lifesaver for The Ridge Event Venue! As a new venue, we needed a system that could streamline our booking process, keep contracts and invoices organized, and make communication with clients seamless. Perfect Venue does all of that and more. The automated workflows save us time, the centralized calendar helps us stay on top of events and tours, and the user-friendly interface makes managing our venue stress-free.

The answer to our Catering Prayers
What do you like best about Perfect Venue?
I absolutely love how easy and intuitive the system is and how Allie (our representative) is super helpful with any questions. I have been enjoying how easy it is to integrate with our Stripe and Google calendars.
What do you dislike about Perfect Venue?
There are one or two items that the perfect venue does not yet have, mainly a difficulty making changes to all venues simultaneously. I have been told this is something that is being worked on.
What problems is Perfect Venue solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our major problem was bringing our catering to the 21st century. The ability to send a safe link for clients to complete payment is a godsend. I also appreciate how easily changes and adjustments can be made to an order.

What do you like best about Perfect Venue?
I like how PV is easy to use and intuitive. The user can set up what works best with their company and make changes very easily. The entire staff from Emily our sales rep to Allie and Kelsey are the best!!!! No question is too small for them. They are always happy to assist. I love the notes part on the software which helps the team. Being pci compliant is also one of the greatest benefits. So glad I found them and would recommend them to anyone.
What do you dislike about Perfect Venue?
Reporting- I wish the reporting would have the totals readily available for each of our locations or just one total f/b sales without exporting and using excel. This was a great feature on triple seat:( which I miss. Sales people always want to know if they are on the mark with their sales. I think you are working on that so hopefully we will see that in the future. A delivery fee would also be great as we use a delivery service.

We would love a delivery fee. Also, the reports need some work.

Great event managment software!
What do you like best about Perfect Venue?
I'm loving the software so far. The price is about half of what I was paying with a previous, less user friendly company. Everything is very user friendly and simple to understand. I would definitely recommend.
What do you dislike about Perfect Venue?
The only negative so far is that the iOS app does not stay logged in, so I'm having to enter my user name and password over and over.
What problems is Perfect Venue solving and how is that benefiting you?
Perfect Venue helps me keep all my ducks in a row for all of my private dining and catering events.

1. Very affordable
What do you dislike about Perfect Venue?
2. There are lots of features that allow you to customize the proposal forms & contracts ,which aren't as readily available as other platforms.
Recommendations to others considering Perfect Venue?
3. Customer support is quick to get bc to you.
What problems is Perfect Venue solving and how is that benefiting you?
4. They have a forum to request new features where other users can vote on. I had 2 of my requests turned into features, so the company cares about what their users want.

Easy to use event planning
What do you like best about Perfect Venue?
For our small restaurant, Perfect Venue is just the right fit for all our private event needs. We use Perfect Venue repeatedly, on a daily basis, and it has helped us out a lot with being able to organize all of our communication with guests as well as being able to have the events automatically pop up on the calendar, they're easy to modify as well.
What do you dislike about Perfect Venue?
I can see Perfect Venue being useful for smaller spaces. I'm not sure how it would be for a large team or space.
What problems is Perfect Venue solving and how is that benefiting you?
Biggest problem we had prior was organization and having to use google docs, email and several other different website just to plan events. Now all I have to do is go to Perfect Venue and look at the calendar.

Great Software, Lots of Flexibility
What do you like best about Perfect Venue?
Ease of use! Great interface. Super simple for clients to figure out. Easy to import old info-- just make sure you save old convos for existing events! Customer support is quick to respond. We use this program all day every day!
What do you dislike about Perfect Venue?
We initially thought changes would be a little faster on the engineering side. Changes/features have to be upvoted based on popularity-- which can be a little annoying, though I understand why. Definitely looking forward to more integration features. Would really like to see ability to integrate with Opentable and Toast!
What problems is Perfect Venue solving and how is that benefiting you?
Taking payments, calendar management, menu management, works well for both catering and private dining at our restaurant.

From Chaos to Organization
What do you like best about Perfect Venue?
After spending years managing events via email, word-of-mouth communication, and paper contracts, we have joined the 21st century thanks to Perfect Venue. Implementing this software has created one source of truth for our staff to easily keep track of our events. They have been great to work with from the beginning. This software will be great for all of us to keep track of events and the notes and correspondence log will help in case we have staff on vacation/out sick or if we have staff turnover.
What do you dislike about Perfect Venue?
Unfortunately, we couldn't squeeze a guided implementation to our budget but fortunately, I have experience in SaaS and other platforms where I could manage setting everything up on my own. Without that experience, it may have been a little frustrating. Additionally, I could not manage multiple locations with one account and had to purchase a unique account for each of our locations. While there is a master view, it cut into the budget mentioned above which limited our implementation assistance.
What problems is Perfect Venue solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to utilizing Perfect Venue, event management was a frustrating process. Typically, events would be managed by one or two employees who would then need to communicate to other staff about availability and status. Now, every step for an event is contained into one source of truth. This allows all of our staff to see availability as well as notes without needing access to other staff members' email accounts or risking anything getting lost during the planning.
