I like the ability to offer benefits that staff can tailor to their own circumstances and to have a streamlined way to manage reimbursements. PeopleKeep documentation and blogs are full of helpful information and my experience with customer support has been positive. Alerts and reminders are sent out in advance where there are reporting or filing requirements and that's helpful in making sure we are in compliance.
The pages are sometimes slow to load and there have been instances where features were temporarily unavailable. Honestly, there isn't very much not to like.
PeopleKeep solves the problem of offering a benefit that only a few staff members really need or can even use. Prior to having a QSEHRA, we offered a group plan that only one employee was using. Now, all eligible employees can use it for various healthcare needs. Some of our younger employees have their healthcare premiums subsidized at almost 100%. Under our group health insurance, they would only have received a 50% subsidy. Having the QSEHRA and using PeopleKeep to manage it has been a plus in attracting employees.
