Paperless system, everything is in the one place and optional modules such as contractor management

It does take a lot of time, it really needs a dedicated resource to setup and manage but all Asset Management systems do

Calibration - setup means all assets due each month have work orders generated on the 1st of the month, making management so much easier

Work order history - searchable and easy to find related issues

Moving our asset management to PEMAC will allow us to track and trend faults to enable us to keep our labs running more efficiently. I also look forward to moving to a more digitised non paperwork based way of working which will allow us to run quick reports and flag any upcoming issues. There are a myriad of possibilities that i can see by using this system, to make our lives easier and more compliant with a system that can grow with us.

I like the online course but i would like a manual personally to refer to, having used a previous system that provided this. Always good to have a dummies guide!

Our current QMS system is used for logging our equipment and calibrations etc, but this is not fit for purpose and doesnt give us the visibility we need, which PEMAC does. Tracking works done and flagging continous issues will help us be quicker at fixing faults and plugging gaps so that we are always ready to manufacture and never held up.

We previously had an older version of PEMAC, the upgrade has tied all our actions together. Better user interface,

None- very easy to use. Once access levels have been set correctly, all runs smoothly

Keeps all our calibrations/PMs purchase orders together in one system, as well as user access requests for other computerised systems

Building histories of each asset and following preventive maintenance schedules.

Missing calibration link to assets and not able to fully create share assets

Allowing me to have a live schedule for preventive maintenance and have a better reports of downtime on assets

All inputed information on the assest is stored inside Pemac allowing the user direct acces to the revelant information anbout the assete with out leaveing Pemac

I haven't found anything that I dislike about Assets.

Controling all pieces of kit weather they be active or discontinnued

I like the integration between the various features.

I think more editing tools at supervisor level would be good.

It helps track works orders and the flow of work through our business

Easy interface and easy to access multiple asset at the same time. Can modify as user requirement. Massive improvement on what we had in place. Gives much better visibitly of asset maintenance.

Could be improved with some bug fixes. There are a couple of glitches where multiple work histories were created from direct histories. however, aside from that, rest works really good.

we used to use excel sheet to manage assets. lots of user errors and very basic in general. now with cmms, this is audit trailed and much more efficient. used to manually search for maintenances due and track now its automatic.

The built in look up nd forms are a great asset to have for PM works

The forms could use some more formating or templates to speed up form making

We are yet to launch it as it is under qualification

Pemac has been invaulable to us especially when it comes to quarterly audits.

It is a tool we rely on heavily for reducing downtime, KPI's, reports

The only downside to pemac is currently items need to be saved to the server before they can be emdeded as an attachment in work history.

Some of the features have led to confusion and resulted in the system not being used correctly
