Paper Tiger has allowed me to digitally store all documents in my office. The method is so quick, I just have to scan the file with a paper tiger and then convert it to pdf automatically. All my document is actually indexed in one location and all of the applicable document related to the keyword appears before your eyes, only a few keywords inserted in the search bar.

The server is sometimes a little slow, I have to refresh it a few times before all my information is available. As for technical support, you sometimes have to wait 2-3 days before you arrive. I don't think I've got much trouble with it other than that.
