"The best choice to control the whole HR management"
What do you like best?

It is help to consolidate all HR works in an organization, which is anywhere in the World. That means, it is help to do the end to end staff recruiting, accurately do the employee assessments, and there are many HR related works. And also, it is help to reduce the payroll errors, because, it is make automate by the system to do the payroll process. It is providing training facilities to the employees. Therefore, we able to maintain the talented work force, to run the organization without any work force delay by lack of training. Further, we able to monitor the progress of each and individually, and give the proper training or we can find the proper solution for that, by this excellent platform.

What do you dislike?

Almost it is very supportive for mainly HR related work. Even though, the technical support has to be increase. Better improve the live chat support. Sometimes, we have to hanging for certain time to get technical support. So, better consider in to it.

It is very helpful to HR field to control and maintain the work force. Where ever in the World, you can reliable to monitor, and handle the HR works, securely. and also, you can handle easily from recruit the work force until retire the employee. It will make your time saving and you can focus other works.

I like the way the module is integrated with person information along with their roles and benefits in one single module.

What do you dislike?

The FDBI upload templates that are used to upload the data are very cumbersome to use

What do you like best?

I like how we are able to integrate and use it as a learning system, as a way to request time off, review benefits, enter performance reviews, and many other solutions by HR. We can use it to look up employee directory, review personal information, request time off, review benefits, review personal roles and delegations, procurement options, review reports and analytics. It is truly a one stop shop!

What do you dislike?

I dislike when the product is undergoing maintenance, it does not offer a solution to use the application. The SCORM reporting is also poor. I would like to see an option where we can upload activities as part of training material and see the score that learners score. The reporting could probably also be a little better, but the product definitely outshines its flaws.

Create an user-friendly and convenient environment for your employees by making use of Oracle HCM Cloud. This is a true solution for HR rolling out uses to its employees.

We are making it easier for users to use Oracle HCM Cloud as a "one-stop shop". We can perform evaluations, create employee goals, use a learning management system, review benefits, and salary information. It is an overall HR solution for employees.

The functions do not communicate with each other very well. Also, it is not easy getting support for it.

What do you like best?

Moving to Oracle HCM is very exciting for our county. We have several "home grown" systems that are costly to maintain. The thought of having one HR system is wonderful.

What do you dislike?

It's been challenging to find information on what to expect during our implementation. It would be nice to have a website where new customers can learn from others. Especially, lessons learned and what to avoid.

Take yourr time, bring the correct parthers onboard and have fun.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We expect to eliminate several "home grown" HR systems that are costly to maintain. We are hoping to streamline our business processes to create greater efficiency.

Reporting system in Oracle . I like to use this system for candidate reporting purposes, for new hire onbosding information, turnover.. ect

System slowness. The system tends to slow down very much with processing requests.

It has a simple user interface and executes the functions in a stable manner
