Opensend is easy to set up and use. Everything from set up, implementation, and initial support to the UI was great. Integration was a snap, and our contacts were fantastic and a delight to work with.

We didn't experience any real downsides. The one consideration to make is that this is for US users only. Would love to see international support in the future!

OpenSend has been a fantastic partner from day one. Their team is incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. The platform is well-established and integrated smoothly with both our website and CRM, which made onboarding a breeze. Pricing is fair and transparent, and overall, the experience has been refreshingly smooth compared to other vendors we've worked with.

Currently, we’re unable to trigger events for existing profiles—which limits some of our retargeting use cases—but we’ve been informed this feature is actively being rolled out. Also, while the reporting dashboard is functional, it would be more valuable with advanced filtering options, especially to exclude certain conversions from skewing performance data.

By identifying and remarketing to these users, we're able to re-engage them with timely, personalized messaging that drives action. I recommend Opensend to every client with decent traffic because it's one of the fastest ways to capture missed revenue and build a solid email list of interested visitors. I recommend giving it a shot and seeing if it works for your business – love this software!

The Opensend implementation team walks you through the setup process, which takes less than 10 minutes to integrate it with Shopify and Klaviyo. I believe I could have done it myself because the platform is that intuitive, but the fact that they dedicate resources to assist with this speaks volumes. They want you to succeed. Once Opensend is live, you see it working immediately. Honestly, the most time consuming part of the entire process - and it wasn't that time consuming - was modifying my Welcome flow in Klaviyo for the net new emails. After 3 weeks, the ROI is 795%. Opensend is an absolute no brainer for DTC.

I like how easy it is to set up and use. The onboarding took 20 minutes and we started getting contacts in 5 minutes. The platform also has some features that other well known platforms don't even have that just make you life easier.

The only downside is no native integration with Meta Ads.

The team is very helpful and got us set up right away. We are so excited that we can grow our email list so simply. We are seeing meaningful numbers quickly.

Nothing to dislike, we just have to make sure we do our part and create great emails.

Getting new emails requires heavy lifting from giveaways, to opt ins and list building. This method is so effective, they visit our site and leave behind their email without any friction.

Opensend is an incredible tool to help identify people from your website that you normally wouldn't be able to capture, it has helped generate a large amount of revenue from people who are browsing and turn that into customers. I like how easy and smooth it is to setup and how the dashboards work. Highly recommend!
