Parallel's user interface is simple and easy to understand, making it easy for our team to adapt for both legal teams and the end client. We have experienced a significant improvement in our client relationships thanks to Parallel's ability to centralise key information and improve communication.

It has enabled us to track client interactions more efficiently, saving us approximately 30-40% on client communications.

Parallel is simple to use, and focuses the typical legal doc and process steps that used to take countless hours. I was always concerned that our business was missing critical compliance steps with new employees ... not anymore.

There's not a lot to dislike. Occasionally my page stalled (though this might have been my local connection); even still the work had auto saved so nothing was lost.

Handling of multiple forms and processes with internal and external stakeholders.

Easy, friendly, all the information required is located in a petition with all the interaction with the clients. Clients feel safe and think taht is a professional tool.

No one thought before about this application…

In the moment that Parallel appeared in our daily work, all the processes became easier and faster. Clients answer the KYC in a few minutes and the interaction with them has been fluent. Our work has been simplified in a significant way, before it took us days to have all the required information and now, with Parallel, sometimes it takes a few hours.

The platform has allowed us to digitize the entire client on-boarding process, ensuring that no errors are made in the information request while minimizing friction in the request. With Parallel, we manage to perform the KYC of clients in less time, in a more structured way, and with lower internal management costs. Most importantly, there is no margin for error in the process.

The solution is very good but sometimes it is not ideal for older clients who are not very tech-savvy.

Parallel digitizes and facilitates the request for information with clients. In our case, we use it for client onboarding by requesting all the information for KYC/AML and in the subscription of all the documentation.

Nos falta sumar a esta fantástica tecnología una mejora estética en el resultado final, pero estamos en ello y sin duda lo conseguiremos.

Lo que más me gusta de Parallel es que puedes amoldar los procesos a tus necesidades y que el equipo siempre está trabajando por mejorar y ofrecer a sus clientes mejores opciones.

Lo que menos me gusta de Parallel es que a ves genera desconfianza en nuestros clientes porque creen que van a usar sus datos para publicidad, nada más lejos de la realidad.

Parallel nos ha automatizado varios procesos y ha hecho que se cometan menos errores con su sistema de copiar campos enteros, es una forma sencilla de evitar errores al copiar los datos en otras plataformas.

Personalmente, como responsable de marketing en el sector immobiliario, estoy muy satisfecha y muy sorprendida con Parallel, pues nos ha cambiado al 100% nuestra forma de trabajar.

Gracias al uso que le damos a la herramienta, somos mucho más digitales y ágiles en cuanto a procesos internos y externos. La comunicación con el cliente ha mejorado con creces.

Lo que más me gusta es que se trata de un software muy intuitivo y, además, cualquier sugerencia de mejora que trasladamos a Parallel, la valoran y la implementan. Innovan y mejoran el producto constanteme.
