Best Identity Verification solution on the market

What do you like best about Onfido?

Onfido Studio and all the fraud features available + the fact that it is now compliant with all major European Markets thanks to the Qualified Electronic Signature.

What do you dislike about Onfido?

It's does not offer penny test for micro payment.

What problems is Onfido solving and how is that benefiting you?

It makes compliant with the requested regulation and help us at improving fraud detection and data extraction and validation.

What do you like best about Onfido?

If your business requires Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance, Onfido is an excellent option. Their solution not only delivers outstanding service but is also designed for ease of use, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

What do you dislike about Onfido?

As with any international solutions or compliance vendor, I sincerely hope they consider offering a lower-commitment package for their clients. This approach would provide greater flexibility and competitiveness.

Great for online identification verification

What do you like best about Onfido?

ease of use, makes user turn head 90 degrees to detect deep fake, and watchlist.

What do you dislike about Onfido?

Receiving 4 emails per person's identification is a little annoying, but its easy to use and easy to view.

Dashboard reports and results display is exactly what we need for the business. API integration easy.

Associated costs with volume - although this is just a necessary evil!

Onfido does their best to improve and resolve issues as soon as they can. They take care of us really well, and ensure continuous success.

Onfido is quite costly in terms of investment, as well as updates or requested enhancements don't come as quickly as we would want since many entities use it.

Identity verification made fast as well as its great human support. We use the service daily, onboarding an average of more than 1,000 customers.

Document segregation on Malaysian market not fully comprehensive
