The best thing about OneDesk is that we get multiple features in one place like customer management tools, helpdesk, project management tools, workflow automation, etc. It allows us to just use one software for multiple purposes.
There are not many cons that I encountered. One thing that would like to be improved is customization. Moreover, the user interface of OneDesk can be improved a litle.
OneDesk is an excellent tool for customer helpdesk. We can chat with customers and track tickets. Moreover, we also use this tool for project management. We collaborate with other teammates and manage projects effectively.
The way of thinking about anything can have its own projects, can be small ones, but still projects; and I have all the information about the staff, equipment and hourly time pay down, so it's easy to propose a project, knowing ahead the selected staff for the task, the cost of the hours dedicated to the project and the estimated time to have the project completed, it's very helpful.
I really don't have any comments to the project management software, because is very complete and have all the information required to deliver any project I need to create, the best practices for my vet shop.
If you need to control a project or several projects and you're not familiar with some software that need a previous knowledge of it, Onedesk is really your best option, is user friendly, intuitive and easy to set up any project in to the your company, even if it is small or big. It worked for us because we can have all the expenses of any project we want to implement, and have the cost of it and the profits. The benefits are arriving just with the implementation process.
With Onedesk Project Management I can describe a hole project, select the staff available, propose activities and time for execution and determine the cost of a whole project. I think the software annalist really focus on the user. The benefits is having the whole vetshop prepared to any situation and I really can know how it could come out just using Onedesk.
