"Flexible and Powerful - Project Management and Ticketing in One"
What do you like best about OneDesk?

We had a difficult time finding a package that would allow us to manage our products and customers all in one site.

OneDesk gives us this flexibility.

Even though we are small, our business is complex. We were pleasantly surprised that we could implement "out of box" and without a consultant.

OneDesk is very receptive to customer feedback.

What do you dislike about OneDesk?

We would like to see more granular user security. We give our team a lot of autonomy so they need a lot of permissions but we don't want to make them all admins. We have made some specific requests and have seen many come to fruition and/or be on the roadmap.

What problems is OneDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed a system to support our managed service team as well as product development. Being able to have all of these items in a single system is extremely helpful for managing in a shared service environment.

Our customer billing follows a unique workflow and OneDesk is able to accommodate.

"Manage your projects and helpdesk in one place"
What do you like best about OneDesk?

The best thing about OneDesk is that we get multiple features in one place like customer management tools, helpdesk, project management tools, workflow automation, etc. It allows us to just use one software for multiple purposes.

What do you dislike about OneDesk?

There are not many cons that I encountered. One thing that would like to be improved is customization. Moreover, the user interface of OneDesk can be improved a litle.

What problems is OneDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?

OneDesk is an excellent tool for customer helpdesk. We can chat with customers and track tickets. Moreover, we also use this tool for project management. We collaborate with other teammates and manage projects effectively.

"Great experience on project management software"
What do you like best?

The way of thinking about anything can have its own projects, can be small ones, but still projects; and I have all the information about the staff, equipment and hourly time pay down, so it's easy to propose a project, knowing ahead the selected staff for the task, the cost of the hours dedicated to the project and the estimated time to have the project completed, it's very helpful.

What do you dislike?

I really don't have any comments to the project management software, because is very complete and have all the information required to deliver any project I need to create, the best practices for my vet shop.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you need to control a project or several projects and you're not familiar with some software that need a previous knowledge of it, Onedesk is really your best option, is user friendly, intuitive and easy to set up any project in to the your company, even if it is small or big. It worked for us because we can have all the expenses of any project we want to implement, and have the cost of it and the profits. The benefits are arriving just with the implementation process.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

With Onedesk Project Management I can describe a hole project, select the staff available, propose activities and time for execution and determine the cost of a whole project. I think the software annalist really focus on the user. The benefits is having the whole vetshop prepared to any situation and I really can know how it could come out just using Onedesk.

What do you like best?

The tool helps making project manager job very easy. You can track team activities , Deliverables and time tracking easily

The tool Doesnt have very good excel base effort tracking but overall good tool
