The system is very simple and organized to utilize on the client side and the employee side. Honestly the best part is the amazing customer support! Our account manager Lea is phenomenal and goes over and beyond when providing customer service. She is so quick to respond and resolve issues. Would highly recommend.

No more paper! All onboarding can be done electronically. Getting all staff to sign off on documents used to be very challenging. HR Cloud makes it easy to reach all staff in all locations.
I like that we can customize the process for each position. Each position has a workflow that assures you do not miss any of your onboarding documents.
At this point I don't have anything that I dislike. I am very happy with the product.
HR Cloud allows the candidates to see the tasks so they know exactly what they need to turn in to be hired. The office staff also is able to stay organized from the work flow that is set up for each position.
HR Cloud's onboarding tool is the easiest and simpliest HR tool we have used. The customer support is the best I have seen with any HR tool and the flexibility to build custom processes and tasks is second to none.
I honestly cannot think of one. The tool fits our needs perfectly and if we have any issues, the support team help find a way.

It is totally customizable, and unlike many of the alternatives, it allows you to create and assign onboarding tasks for your HR team. Most systems allow you to create tasks for the new hire, but how do you ensure your own procedures have been followed? For me, new employees need to be entered into our scheduling system; credentials need to be verified, and background checks must be run--in HRCloud, you create these types of tasks as part of the onboarding checklist and assign them to your HR team, not the new employee. HRCloud also integrates with Zapier making automating many tasks possible
Technology is advancing so quickly we use HRCloud to hire 200-300 people per year and I bet we are using a small fraction of the capability. I would like more mentoring/guidance on how others use it to be more efficient and effective.
Better visibility of our entire multi-step hiring process, easy for others to manage when the specialist is away, paperless and employee onboarding can be done remotely on a mobile device very easily.

HR Cloud is very customizable to your particular business needs. Nearly everything I have asked for, the team has been able to accomplish for me. Additionally, Lena has been so helpful and supportive. She is very quick to respond and assist. The platform itself is pretty self explanatory and was easy to train on.
There are some integrations that I'd like to see be more streamlined, or more user friendly.
HR Cloud allowed us to go paperless with our new hire onboarding. Additionally, it has allowed us to store all new hire paperwork in a single system. It has also saved us time in manually entering new hires in ADP.
