What do you like best about Olark?

I loved being able to connect instantly with our customers and answer their questions and assist them with their support immediately. It made things seem more personable and put names to our customers who use our products. It allowed us to help and get instant feedback.

What do you dislike about Olark?

There were times it would display me as offline or away, which I wasn't, so that would become a bit of an issue, but besides that, the chat itself was easy to use.

Recommendations to others considering Olark:

Using Olark can cause no harm, but more so do good. Allow you to connect and solves your customer problems, and also make things feel more personable for both parties.

What problems is Olark solving and how is that benefiting you?

Chatting directly with our customers and solving any issues or questions they may have regarding our products. Being able to connect with almost immediately and solving problems instantly was always big plus.

A software that you can configure in a short while that offers adequate ROI speedily

PROS: Olark is so simple and easy to set up. Because of it, we are now closer to our prospective customers and learners. It also doesn't take a lot in terms of money to find new leads and to convince them to sign up for courses before they close our site's window. This has given our sales team better peace of mind.

CONS: Olark should look into providing training sessions for users so that we can better exploit the app's features. Once we have gained an in-depth look into the tool, we can find ways or improve our existing methods of communicating with customers.

I hope you find this as useful as I did!

PROS: There’s nothing quite like Olark in the live chat market. By providing us with a set of tools for live chatting, it has allowed us to establish better relationships with our customers. Besides that, it works smoothly with some of the software that we use in the company too. It’s an overall great tool to use and the people behind it (especially the customer support team) are really great!

CONS: I actually like everything about this program!

A Solid, User-Friendly Live Chat Application

PROS: Olark is very easy to implement in any department. I work in sales and use Olark to communicate with potential leads that come to out website. We aso leverage its live chat feature to deliver support. Olark is simple that it is quite easy to transfer someone to another operator without having to exit the application.

CONS: I do not have any issue with Olark although I have experienced a couple of service outages within the past 9 months. Such occurences are rare though.

Great Lightweight Tool With Massive Customization and Awesome Live Support

PROS: Displays the online availability within color scheme. It also boasts of a very advanced system for rating. Integration with other applications is also easy. It's fun and easy to customize the platform, injecting brand elements for more oomph. The visitors analytics are also reliable. I love how Google is supported and that the system is designed to responsive on mobile screens. The live support feature is web-based and easy to embed to other framework or applications. Chat operators instantly engage us via their web browser live chat tool.

CONS: The software could have been more price friendly. Their free accounts cannot create more than 20 conversations a month. There are instances when the chat bar/Javascript loads slowly. There are awesome tools that seem to be hidden even from paid users.

Fantastic 24/7 Support Tool

PROS: Olark enables us to instantly engage our website visitors and never miss an opportunity to provide them with quality service, even when we are offline. The solution offers tons of customization that makes it easy for us to handle our visitors' needs with appropriate messages and timed responses. With awesome reports, you get to see who visited your site, the pages they checked, and the conversations they have within your site.

CONS: I sincerely can't find any flaw within the system. I highly recommend it.

Using this tool was a really good decision!

PROS: It has provided a really good way for our customers to get in touch with us without having to pick up the phone. Everything has been going on smoothly with Olark, so far. We had the tool running in no time—the set-up was really easy. And the automated response options almost sound as if there’s still another human at the end of the chatbox.

CONS: Although they have succeeded in making the auto-responders sounds more human, it’s still quite lacking in this area. I’d like to be able to set up a set answers for some of the frequently asked questions too.

I love the way OLARK works so much that I use it everyday at work. I love that with OLARK I see the different metrics showing me how many chats I had and the ratings and so on.

I can't really think of anything that I dislike about OLARK.
