There are multiple things to use apart from the email campaign even you can also works on lead generation too. One of our clients, integrated a lead funnel on their website and without any doubt they were really happy to that lead funnel and that's what we love the most to see our customers happy.

I dislike its typical user interface, average mobile user experience, and limited customization.

For me and my team, the best part is that we can integrate any other business operation into our MA. We can send automated communications based on billing, project status, TOD, BOM, inventory levels, and anything else we can dream up. With a little bit of configuration Odoo can automate anything around MA.
It's different enough that it requires training to use. To get the full power out of it (more power than any other platform) it requires a developer and that you use Odoo for all operations.
Don't use it as a standalone it's far better if you use CRM, Contact, Sales, and Website all in the same package.
