Programa muy practico e intuitivo
What do you like best about NinjaOne?
What I like most about the program are the automations you can create, as it allows you to create them in different scripting languages and it is very intuitive and easy to implement. Another strong point that NinjaOne has outside of the application is its NinjaDojo community. The information they upload to that website and the support they provide is excellent. I usually use the program every day for ticket resolution.
What do you dislike about NinjaOne?
What I like the least is the limited customization you can apply to the admin portal, and another thing it fails at is integration with certain networks.
What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?
So far, I haven't seen any problems.

What do you like best about NinjaOne?
The truth is I love NinjaOne, I love that you can manage the teams remotely and its ticket management. It allows the company to have its employees working remotely and the technicians to provide support.
What do you dislike about NinjaOne?
The truth is that ninjaOne is an exceptional tool, it can certainly still improve more aspects of security (This doesn't mean it doesn't have good security).

The best ticketing and remote support system.
What do you like best about NinjaOne?
Secure access to the platform, usability of the platform.
What do you dislike about NinjaOne?
Re-establishing the backup is complex and requires help from support for the first time.
What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?
Incident management. As all the technicians have a single platform where all the users' problems arrive, we can distribute the tasks better and we don't duplicate any of them. It benefits us a lot as it makes us more efficient and quicker.

Over the years we have used several RMM's, but none have compared to NinjaOne.
What do you like best about NinjaOne?
Very easy to use. Navigation is a no brainier. Patching, scripting, support, alerting, all work flawlessly.
What do you dislike about NinjaOne?
Nothing I can think of, it just works!!!
What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automatically patching systems and keeping them up to date. We have setup several automations in Ninja that saves our techs time, so they can get more done in less time.

The UI is good and clear.

It has Windows encryption key backed up in cloud, very good.

The policies are not easy to learn and comprehend.

Ninja provided multiple different RMM tools which are pushed to the endpoints. It is very convenient to admins when one of the RMM agent is not working then the admins can use alternative agents.

The Best Solution for a Support Desk Technician
What do you like best about NinjaOne?
There is update and improvements every time that amaze me. Using the RMM as a support desk agent makes it so easy to do my job and I look forward to the improvements every time.
What do you dislike about NinjaOne?
I can't think of anything other than chat before connecting to a end users machine but I am sure that will change soon.
