Easy-to-use customer service portal
What do you like best about ngDesk?
ngDesk is used within our organization as a customer service portal, where anybody from the organization can login with their corporate credentials and then search for the required help and even open tickets for issues, or chat in real time with any support agent at once.
What do you dislike about ngDesk?
Nothing as such, but I think UI could be better.
Recommendations to others considering ngDesk?
If you need a customer service portal, it is a great product.
What problems is ngDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about ngDesk?
ngDesk originated in my department as a solution for handling the increase in customer support requirements as we expanded our online sales. ngDesk not only a platform to ensure customer questions were answered in a consistent and timely manner, but also to track interactions over time. After demonstrating the effectiveness of the tools in our department, its footprint grew to include all customer service across the enterprise.

What do you like best about ngDesk?
It was easy to set up ngDesk. And we have customized ngDesk to meet our requirements, and it has expanded our IT help desk to a one-stop solution shop for multiple requests.

What do you like best about ngDesk?
ngDesk as a tool is easy to learn and does not require special technological skills. It provides a platform to build efficiency and responsibility quickly within a department. ngDesk has been an extremely effective tool for managing the high volume of emails that arrive, specifically for AP. Functions such as "Views" and "Reports" are excellent tools to control current tickets.

There are few features that I like to see in future updates, but currently, there is nothing to dislike.

What do you like best about ngDesk?
I like how innovative ngDesk has been since I started using them for an internal IT helpdesk solution. When I first started using ngDesk many years ago, it was mostly a web-based helpdesk tool that was rather straightforward. Since then, they've added analytics, automation tools, macros for agents, and much more. I like the automation tools, as ngDesk allows agents to quickly respond to a customer based off of the topic at hand.

ngDesk is a modern platform that fully fulfills functions
What do you like best about ngDesk?
What I like most about ngDesk is that its installation and configuration are very easy to carry out, so it is not necessary to have a specialized team. The features regarding the portal is excellent, it has a simplistic and modern user interface, which adapts perfectly to any device. I like that each category is organized by section, which can also be modified according to your need. I also like your reporting tool where you can study open, pending or closed tickets.
What do you dislike about ngDesk?
I don't have important negative comments about ngDesk, maybe if it were possible to customize the knowledge base and be able to order the articles in a different way.
Recommendations to others considering ngDesk?
I recommend ngDesk as a help desk tool for technical support. It is undoubtedly a tool that will help the different departments of your organization. It is a software that is at an affordable price and that fully fulfills its functions.
What problems is ngDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?
This software has benefited us greatly with the management of tickets to our customer service. Previously it was difficult to respond to the incidents in the time required by our quality manuals, which generated inconvenience on the part of our clients.
