Best software for data organization and in combination with Cloudamo perfect combination for all your images, files, music etc.

We use them for over 3 years now, and if you do not wish to self host, with Cloudamo as hosting backend there is no need to look further!

Nextcloud is a gem! The best FOSS replacement for google service, hands down.

Not only can it take care of files and photos, but it can also be easily extended with it's own library of applications to make it even more powerful.

Free, secure, open source, self hosted cloud storage solution

They provide free (both in terms of freedom and cost), open source software that gives me the freedom to self-host my own secure cloud storage solution for my family. It puts us in charge of our own data. It has become so ubiquitous that my wife and kids don't even think twice about it, it's just there. I use it to share photos and such with people outside the home, to keep backups of our phones and mobile apps and everything. It really is just incredibly flexible, useful and powerful. There's even a store full of "apps" to extend its functionality to serve as an RSS feed organizer, music streaming service, etc.

I have been hosting it for years on my Linux home server, and have no intentions of stopping any time soon. It's useful and reliable.

It's easy to use, easy to integrate with other software, easy to deploy, and has a great community that is always available for help and provides plenty of third-party apps.

Absolutely essential software crafters

Nextcloud continues to be a central piece of software to my, and my families life. It's got a few rough edges and needs a fair amount of fine tuning, but the sheer amount of functionality combined with a surprisingly decent UX lends itself nicely to be the goto solution for file sharing.

What do you like best about Nextcloud?

Cloud documentation in cloud makes it easy to access, edit and submit reports. My office can be anywhere in this world with internet and laptop and i can do all work.

What do you dislike about Nextcloud?

Safety, security not real and sometimes no real people, Everything is in air and work can be done but not practical as per customer based and takes too much time for simple job.

What problems is Nextcloud solving and how is that benefiting you?

Technically from anywhere and anytime i can able to perform the job as per customer requirements. Its very efficient and truly can able to solve the problems of customer.

You can use the talk nextcloud module for video conferencing and can collaborate in the team for any task or make a calendar to tracks the progress of the project or task.

What do you dislike about Nextcloud?

The system is so broad that you need to be familiriaze in every modules or the integration of the plugins. I think the system can provide a option to make a simplified and advance interface that can interchangeably update.

What problems is Nextcloud solving and how is that benefiting you?

The Video Conferencing to communicate with the clients in different part of the world. More meeting catered by the Nextcloud and it's security that no one can enter in the Video Conferencing without the permission.

The best part about nextcloud is how easily it integrates with a Linux operating system and is open source. There are regular updates to the product which make an amazing experience overall and it has good security features as well.
