Moxo has helped us immensely by creating a platform to onboard our clients seamlessly and track all our ongoing tasks with ease. The platform is easy to navigate and even when we faced any challenge, the moxo team have been incredibly supportive to help us overcome the same.

Take a bit more control over invoices and updating payments. Also the ability to modify some features and links without needing help from back office. Also integrations like zapier or moxo's own flows to other softwares like good sheets, zoho, or even moxos own crm.
Communication becomes more difficult as you grow and moxo has bridged this gap. The entire team can communicate to clients, tag team members and share documents all in one chat. This way nothing gets lost and everyone is on the same page.
Without of doubt the ease of use. Client portals are extremely user friendly. Moxo portal interface for clients is by far the most user friendly than any other platforms I've ever used.
So far I have no downside experiences for Moxo. Support is amazing!

I find it hard to navitage Moxo updates for our indidivdual clients through the timeline. The timeline gets clogged very quickly. However, I know the whole team does not share this opinion.
Putting a manual process of form filling and coument collection via email into onto centralised place.

The team at Moxo is probably the most helpful and supportive team that I have met while enabling a software over my 15 year career in marketing. the team was ready to help with an question we had and ready to make adjustments to suggestions.
Our cleints love the software as much as we do. We now ahve an individual space for each client and can send our emails direclty to it for approvals. Along with blogs, page corrections and anything else we need approved or have a question on.

Be able to send reminders before and past due dates, also selecting how they are notified - email, push or text messages would be great.
