About Motivii

Motivii automates time-consuming and unimportant management processes to help you inspire and lead your employees, rather than spending all your time on paperwork and manual tasks. At the end of each week, employees fill out a few questions on how that week has gone, as well as what they are working on the next week, and how they are feeling about work in general. This means employees can assess how they are doing themselves, and managers get feedback without having to ask for it. Motivii improves the performance management and employee development process by asking workers questions based on content they shared during their weekly updates, and then sharing this with managers before any performance review. Motivii also helps you get feedback on other aspects of office life, such as ideas for the next office party and feedback on meetings and presentations. The tool can be used both by individuals and by teams.
