The good thing which I like about motadata serviceOps is it eliminates the gap between the Information technology management team and the Information technology operation team.
The thing which needs to be improved was the multi-language handling capability and the machine learning looks a little outdated when compared with the other serviceOps.
Using Motadata i was able to automate the process , balance the workload in the real-time environment, and able to get all information on a single pane. so, the processing time and effort were reduced.

Customize reports of assigned tickets we cannot download in Motadata Service Management Platform.

I have worked on Motadata around two years and added all the network devices (installed in DC) , in my opinion ther no point for dislike the product,
on a single page we are monitoring all the devices and we are receiving aler as well on mail.
