Mojo Helpdesk is the solution for higher educational issues!
What do you like best about Mojo Helpdesk?
I love the fact that notes, pictures and files can be attached I order to further assist the agent assigned to the ticket.
What do you dislike about Mojo Helpdesk?
I dislike the fact that in order to open up the correct Mojo Helpdesk I have to open up a different link that corresponds with my ticketing system.
What problems is Mojo Helpdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mojo Helpdesk solves issues that the Professors, Faculty and staff are having in real time. Such as equipment failure issues, application problems and equipment checkouts.

The amount of connectivity with Microsoft office is non existent.

Mojo Helpdesk is very user- friendly. It allows our support organization to keep on top of all support issues and resolve in a timely manner.

The new update took away a few helpful features of our organization.

Mojo is user friendly and keeps me on task.

I don't like having to log in each time I use it. I would prefer to stay logged in.

Flexible ticket system with a support
What do you like best about Mojo Helpdesk?
I like that it is really easy to use this software. It is very easy to install and configure, and can be integrated with Google. The ability to create email tickets and assign them to specific queues is very useful. I love that it is always adding new features to make the product better for the user.
What do you dislike about Mojo Helpdesk?
I don't like that for anything additional you have to go back to the data export. The dashboard information only works for 30 days at a time, so trying to get numbers for a 3 month period has to be done on a month to month basis.
What problems is Mojo Helpdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows you to connect your G Suite applications so users can find you easily. Provides integrated reports to improve and measure customer satisfaction. It provides transparency into the workload at the department level and the support model improves overall customer service. It's great value for money.

What do you like best about Mojo Helpdesk?
I like the ability to automate routine tasks. Provides overall satisfaction to customers on inquiries. I love the workflow automation system. The administration interface is good. It has all the possible features to support the management.

What do you like best about Mojo Helpdesk?
Easy to use and constantly receives updates. The ability to modify settings, like how the comment/response emails from Mojo look to our users, as well as having "canned responses" is very helpful in the day-to-day work.
What do you dislike about Mojo Helpdesk?
The search engine doesn't always find what you are looking for, making it difficult to reference previous tickets

although on the new version, being able to see the user's past tickets helps mitigate this complaint.
