Flexspring has saved our organization so much time. Previously, we manually transferred our new hires from Greenhouse to ADP. Now Flexspring does the admin work for us! The best part is that no one is missed, and Flexsprinig integrates in real-time.

The only downside is that some fields can not transfer.

Flexspring transfers new hires from Greenhouse to ADP. This was a manual task in the past that we no longer have to worry about.

The Team at Flexspring was one of the best I have worked with on any implementation throughout my career. From project kick off to completion, it was their knowledge and guidance that helped make our API Connector implementation successful. The project manager kept us on track and provided his expertise in dealing with some thorny issues. The customer service on the technical side was top notch - his turnover on questions and problems was exemplary. I highly recommend Flexspring.

Modulus Data has a staff of friendly, patient and knowledgeable employees who are willing to take whatever steps are necessary to meet the goals and needs of their clients. Snapdocs had several requests during the implementation and testing process that were quickly resolved or explained, so we fully understood the integration. Before working with Modulus Data, we used another Bamboo to ADP integration that was unreliable and ended up having us do more work than if we didn't have it - our experience with Modulus Data has been the polar opposite. With the integration in place, we have taken manual tasks off the plates of many of our team members and have seen our process time of bi-weekly payrolls drop.

Modulus Data has already considerably impacted our HR and payroll processes. However, the only weakness we could identify was the lack of a transparent or easily digestible report detailing the changes that were processed once the integration was run.

Modulus Data has alleviated the manual stress put on our HR and payroll team in inputting new hire and employee update information. We now trust the integration and no longer need to spend time auditing information twice.

Modulus Data's excellent customer care, quick response time, and resourcefulness stood out while we implemented the integration. We appreciate that even after implementation, their developer has shown extreme attentiveness for our connection success.

I wouldn't say I like the restrictions we have with unavailable fields over the API. Some updates to the API from either side can cause unexpected repercussions, and until it's fixed, we have to be flexible.

Having a customizable connector with a responsive support team has been vital combination to our integration success. Although it can be more cost-effective, out-of-the-box solutions don't fit every business model, especially if you plan to connect more systems down the line. The flexibility that we've had with Modulus Data has been a refreshing experience.

We have silo systems that we use to store and process employee data. Modulus Data can implement logic on the API from Oracle to ADP, which cuts down on manual entry. Where there is room for error, Modulus Data has helped us eliminate the gap or developed a smarter workaround, so it doesn't happen again.

I enjoy working on the integrations that we currently have with Modulus. They are quick to assist when we need help and always willing to explain in detail for understanding.

The ticketing system can act up sometimes and cause some issues when trying to submit tickets. Sometimes I have to go to the tech on our account to have him help me.

We worked with Modulus to create an integration between two HR Systems. The team we worked with was organized, on top of everything, and made the integration seamless. It was an easy project because of Modulus!

The only issue that we had during our implementation was the restriction around title length that moved over from one system to another. It's not a huge deal, but something that shows up on the report every week as an issue that we've learned to ignore.

We loved one of our HR systems and didn't want to input the same employee information in two different systems. The integration between the two systems saves us time and allows us to utilize a more user-friendly system.

I really enjoyed working with the Modulus Integration team, specifically Sri Settaluri (Technical Consultant) & Gail Gillis (Sr Project Manager).

Gail helped us outline our Project Plan and kept us on track. Sri helped us map out our integration files and went through several rounds of testing. Both Gail & Sri were flexible in making adjustments/enhancements to ensuting our overall laucn was successful.

There was nothing I had disliked about this project. The team worked well together. Although integrations can be very technical at times, Sri & Gail answered all of our questions & offered insights and recomendations based on their experieinces, which we really apprciated.

One example where Modulus helped us solve for was creating multipe feed types in order to compensate for our custom field mappings. Although not all fields are availalbe for updates during our "New Hire" feed, we were able to adjust by adding these fields to our "Updates" feed which runs right afterwards. This will help us limit the amount of manual entries into our HCM - ADP Workforce Now.

As our company was expanding, we needed to modernize and streamline our process. Modulus Data easily connected our applicant tracking system, Oracle Taleo Business Edition to Workforce Now ADP, all while providing exceptional customer service. The team at Modulus Data is extremely knowledgeable and made the integration effortless. Upon completion of the integration, there has been no interruption in services or maintenance issues. As we have been using Modulus Data for over 4 years now, it has been great to see their growth as well. Modulus Data has also simplified the data mapping and streamlined their process, making it easier to make changes to our integration. As our business needs have changed over the years and we needed to make multiple modifications in both of our platforms, TBE and WFN, and Modulus Data was able to complete it smoothly.

As a hard-to-please customer, I can happily say we did not have any dislikes.

There is no reason for hesitation if you are considering Modulus Data. Modulus Data will be able to provide the connection you are looking for between the platforms you need (because who wants to do manual data entry or who has time for it) and you will wonder why you haven't made a connection between your platforms sooner!

Most importantly Modulus Data helped our department save time, as well as energy and cost. The amount of manual data entry our HR Department no longer has to complete outweighs the cost of the integration by far. This allows us to put our focus on projects that can positively impact our business.
