Easy, cheap and fast tool for Helpdesk
What do you like best about Milldesk?
It is easy to use and the dashboard is so good, that we can see all information in one view. Milldesk is good for the people that never had use a Helpdesk tool.
What do you dislike about Milldesk?
Nothing, the tool is so good and powerful. Maybe the user management can be best, but the actual model is good for the company. The price is not bad, some tools are more expensive.
What problems is Milldesk solving and how is that benefiting you?
All our helpdesk service is in Milldesk, It's so fast and easy to the user. The dashboard is so good and the graphics are awesome. Milldesk comes to replace another tool and the results are amazing.

Milldesk has an effective help desk service to resolve issues
What do you like best about Milldesk?
I like Milldesk for several reasons, it has a notification system that alerts you when you receive a ticket. I also like that the application has a text-to-speech input option enabled on the portal. Another feature that I like is that it allows you to create templates for emails, so that they can be sent automatically.
What do you dislike about Milldesk?
The user interface has many animations, so it uses a large amount of memory when loaded in the browser.
Recommendations to others considering Milldesk?
Milldesk offers an optimal help desk service for large or small businesses. I recommend its implementation for the solution of incidents in your company. It is an easy to use tool and has an average industry price.
What problems is Milldesk solving and how is that benefiting you?
We implement Milldesk to handle our incident load of the organization's databases, which allows us to comply with the resolutions within the established deadlines. This tool gives us the ability to constantly communicate with agents, to offer a more optimal service.
