Some time when we copy the text from somewhere and paste it on, it will show two times.

I'm most impressed by Microsoft Teams' seamless integration with other Microsoft 365 applications. This feature makes it incredibly efficient to work on shared documents or projects while communicating with team members in real time.

While I find Microsoft Teams generally user-friendly, there are times when the interface feels a bit cluttered, particularly when handling multiple channels and teams. It would be great if there were more customization options for the interface.

Microsoft Teams has been instrumental in streamlining our communication and collaboration efforts. As a Business Instant Messaging tool, it solves the problem of disjointed communication by centralizing conversations, files, and tasks in one place, which in turn boosts our team's productivity. Moreover, the Video Conferencing feature has facilitated seamless remote meetings, making geographical distance a non-issue and fostering better collaboration.

The seamless workflow between and among the entire MS architecture platforms from O365 to Sharepoint and Forms, etc.

That Teams does use a fair amount of RAM when running and when it boots. A bit of a resource hog.

Accessing information from my colleagues and collaborating with them effortlessly within the MS architecture. Allowing us all to use our information as needed.

Office communication including file sharing into the network and sharing to all network users, online meeting with team and with customers. its very useful tool.

Teams should have bundled with every M365 and Windows 10 OS

Microsoft Team is very useful for network users to perform daily tasks and saving tasks on runtime environment.

Resolve customer query or demo any product using Teams, it is also helpful to share file and folders across network and public cloud.

It's a very useful app for software workers. Using this app we can easily contact the colleagues in our office. When we want to work at home at that time this app helps us a lot. It is very easy to handle and userfriendly also.

Not that much dislike it because it's a nice app. One thing is it takes time to load the app when we open it after that it will work very smoothly. I think it may be some network issue. Otherwise, it will be working awesome.

When I want to connect with my colleague to solve an issue, firstly i'll go with Microsoft Teams. Because it gives us the best discussion compared to others.

I like that I can find any employee within the app to message quickly. I am a Parts Advisor that needs answers fast and this tool is great for my job unlike e-mails that get lost and unanswered.

I can't really say I dislike anything about it. I use it for what it's intended for and I appreciate how easy it is to use to communicate with the people within my company.

It is solving the issue of my emails to my co workers getting lost or going unanswered. When I use teams, I can contact them directly like instant messaging and it makes my job easier to get the answers I need so that I can order the parts they need. I can process my work faster and more efficiently so that I can move to the next thing without much of a wait time.

It's visually easier to understand and it alerts you by email if you happen to miss an instant message.

The Group chats are a bit more confusing to use.

It makes virtual meeting a breeze to manage.

Helps in communicating for business needs or with come worker. Video conferencing features Helps in business requirements. Apart from that common file sharing among the organization or group is very useful.

Ability to do conferencing and collaborate. You can do video conferencing and screen share to make your online meeting more dynamic plus all the other tools that are available from Microsoft. Formatting on your spreadsheets will not be modifies while working in teams like it is on other platforms.

It takes up to much RAM and processor to work. It takes a lot of time to load. If running from windows start up it will make you computer run slower. You need to have good ram and processor speed to run. It should take less to be able to run it in slower processor computers.

It is the best option for Conferencing and Collaboration. You can share files saved to your one drive using share point. Give access to different people. Make sure for every user to be taught how to correctly use teams and all of it's capabilities.

Being able to share files and view them while in a conference without the need of having to email them to each associate. It is linked to Outlook without the need of third party addons which makes it better for communicating without loading extra programs. It is also Zoom compatible so it may help during other meeting types.

All users in your organization are easy to contact though a simple email or chat session. Faster collaboration with teams.

The centrality of the software features is great. The way it integrates all components makes life simpler and quicker.

The software does not always show time zones so it does get a bit confusing.

It solves the issue of having video /audio meetings and permits external attendees outside of my company.
