The user-friendly interface is not complicated to use, everyone can just sign up and start using Membrain. Also, I like the easy flow setup and clear steps, not to mention creating tasks and picking up client info from the internet on the fly. We were able to integrate it with Slack easily. It's got great customer support and using it frequently (Everyday) has never been easier

The Membrain CRM is a very robust CRM solution that can be customized to our specific business needs. Our company creates custom automation solutions for all manufacturing facilities, thus creating the need to develop unique process for the different business units we focus on.
I don't have a dislike that stands out about the software. If I run into a challenge the customer support team always has the answer and is quick to assist me.
Our company operates in three unique business areas; palletizing & logistics, the pallet industry, and manufacturing automation. The system solves the problem of needing different software to manage and supporting our sales team. Membrain allows us to operate in one software system, but manage all aspects of our sales needs.
Membrain is designed to help salespeople sell better. This design intent influences everything from the easy process setup to all the other add-ons and integrations. It's designed to improve the effectiveness of salespeople.
I've yet to find something about it that doesn't help me get better.
I know exactly where I stand on all deals, and my pipeline is accurate. The processes and methodologies align with the strategy. I am more effective and focused. Also, account management is now actionable inside Membrain so we don't waste time building other reports and presentations that are never used again.
Being able to embed a milestonne centric sales procress directly into the CRM including video to help users as they go. Easy of transitioning a a lead to sold to project. Having used all the heavy weights over the last two decades as a user and also having been in the Tier 1 & Teir 2 ERP integration space, this is by far the best milestone centric CRM system.
Nothing really. It does what its suppose to do unlike some other CRMs which are over bloated and complicated.
Is super effective in managing the sales and project process saving time and money. Great transparency in the pipeline tracking and alerts. Keeps our projects on track.
Membrain was recommended by our Sales Trainer/Coach who is exceptional! It's incredibly easy to use and configure. Once configured it walks sales reps through the sales process to ensure prospects and opportunities are fully qualified to keep the pipeline data clean and meaningful. Setting and tracking sales goals are equally easy to do.
It's possible I haven't set up the Outlook integration properly but I wish I could just email contacts from Outlook and copy a Membrain email address so the record is updated automatically. That's the only thing I can think of.

It's just made for salesprocess. It's also made to easily tweak to your needs. This means you can put in your sales pitches directly in the process. You can also put videos and other training material straight in the CRM, with links to this straight in the sales process.
This is a hard question as there is very little that doesn't work. Probably that they aren't always online on the chat...
It has turned into a processtool to make sure our sales people follow our sales process. We are not there yet, but long term we could sit someone new down infront of Membrain and it would train them how to sell according to our process, with very little input from us.

Membrain allows me to stay present in meetings/calls and remain organized and on task when I'm not. My processes and next actions are easily staged for quick daily admin time, so I can focus on being the best consultant possible. I spend very little time keeping Membrain up-to-date and at a glance, I know the next actions for every deal, prospect, and account and what my forecasted revenue is.
The best part is that Membrain allows me to easily configure people-first processes instead of trying to force our sales team into a solution-specific box.
Getting custom report dashboards set up initially is a tad cumbersome but understandable, and the built-in dashboards are quite robust out of the gate.
