Get to deal with one specialist during the onboarding setup but have access to other high-level support if the primary is not available. Reasonably priced for a mature product. Very easy product to use once setup is complete.

We haven't run into any weaknesses of significance or dislikes yet.

I like that you can prioritize tasks and assign them to diffferent employees. The system is very user friendly and has a variety of features to use.

We do not utilize the vendor list often as we have that information saved already in a different location.

We can set reminders to clear surplus, change air filters and can put in future routine maintenance requests. We use maintenance care daily to assign work requests throughout the college.

The convenience of having all maintenance things in one place. The organization and the ease of use for my team and myself.

If things are not set exactly right, some items do not show up for my maintenance person. Especially on his phone. I would like better integration with android AND apple platforms.

Prior to having maintenance care, items that needed attention were listed in a book. The maintenance person would have to continually pop up to the main desk to look at the book to determine what needed repair. We would also text, email or call him for help and now, with maintenance care, we simply enter it into the app and he receives the notification immediately to his phone (when it works right).

It's easy to watch videos and understand the procedures.

As of now nothing yet. We are still navigating thru the system.

When equipment is down it's easy for the warehouse team to request maintanance or repair.

I would think the pricing or limited customization. it would be nice to add features without buying the buying the Enterprise edidtion.

The only complaint I would have is I would like to see the task dashboard refresh automatically when a new task has been entered or change of status.

Main problem IMCare has solved is it provides an effective way of managing facility task request so that nothing falls through the cracks and track task trends

Helps break down lack of comunication between departments. This program makes it easy for floor staff to report any mechanical break downs of equipment to the maintenance department.

When printing off requests and reports it would be helpful to be able to change the font size to make it easier to read.

This program helps to keep track of all preventitive maintenace times and scheduling.

I like how easy the software is to use and I like how I can pull maintenance data into graphs and charts

I wish there was a function to delete a maintance activity if I accidently inputed something twice (if there is one I haven't found it yet)
