I like that you can prioritize tasks and assign them to diffferent employees. The system is very user friendly and has a variety of features to use.
We do not utilize the vendor list often as we have that information saved already in a different location.
We can set reminders to clear surplus, change air filters and can put in future routine maintenance requests. We use maintenance care daily to assign work requests throughout the college.

Prior to having maintenance care, items that needed attention were listed in a book. The maintenance person would have to continually pop up to the main desk to look at the book to determine what needed repair. We would also text, email or call him for help and now, with maintenance care, we simply enter it into the app and he receives the notification immediately to his phone (when it works right).

Helps break down lack of comunication between departments. This program makes it easy for floor staff to report any mechanical break downs of equipment to the maintenance department.
When printing off requests and reports it would be helpful to be able to change the font size to make it easier to read.
