Difficult to think of something I don't like, but I would probably say just limitation in creating audiences from existing groups in CCB. We get by with CCB Chimp for our primary audience but it's tricky for our ministries to email their already established CCB groups through mailchimp.

What problems is Intuit Mailchimp Email Marketing solving and how is that benefiting you?

Mailchimp has given us great insights on our audience coming from very limited analytics at CCB. It is helping us engage with our audience better, understand what they are responding to and tailor our content accordingly.

Easy to use email marketing tools

What do you like best about Intuit Mailchimp Email Marketing?

MC is easy to use, with lots of built-in design tools to make it simple for non-designers to create beautiful emails. It's also pretty simple to get started with, and customer support is good. Plenty of integrations as well to make it "play nice" with other tools.

Automation building and list management can get messy (but this isn't unique to MC).

This is a fantastic program to do your email marketing and build your email list. I am have a small business and have been using this for over 3 years and I love it. You have a lot of control over the design and can make it look really professional to fit your brand. Easy to use and effective way to connect with you auidence.

Attractive email canpaigns

What do you like best about Intuit Mailchimp Email Marketing?

Writing our monthly newsletter is a joy with Mailchimp because the interface is so easy to use and attractive. Every month without fail we receive positive feedback on it. We use it to showcase our amazing authors and provide updates on how our hybrid publishing company, Hembury Books, is growing. I also love poring over open rates and other data.

I wish it had an inbuilt typo and grammar checking because sometimes there are small mistakes.

The Analytics of the Performance of your campaigns which are great and very helpful to make you understand the results of your campaigns Your Go-To Tool for Email Campaigns and so much more

What do you like best about Intuit Mailchimp Email Marketing?

It's very easy and intuitive even for a new user to figure out how to build an email campaign. The preset templates are great but you can also very easily built your own template very easily if you have an eye for design and balance of typography.

What do you dislike about Intuit Mailchimp Email Marketing?

Unfortunately there's no way to find out if the email ended up in a spam folder. I'm surprised that you get a e.g. 30% open rate, because even when you click on the email to delete without reading, it would be marked as read.

Recommendations to others considering Intuit Mailchimp Email Marketing?

I believe the trigger for an email to count and "open" is to allow the images to download and most email clients have that disabled by default.

Easy to build emails that look good

What do you like best about Intuit Mailchimp Email Marketing?

I like the drag and drop interface that lets me easily design the emails with graphics, video, call-out boxes, etc.

What do you dislike about Intuit Mailchimp Email Marketing?

The biggest downside for me is that my website got hit by spammers, adding bogus names to my MailChimp account and I got marked as abusive so I can't import contacts anymore. I realize this level of protection is great for consumers, but is a hindrance to me professionally..

MailChimp makes it easy to segment and communicate with church members, conference attendees, etc.

Easy to use, and helpful contact management

What do you like best about Intuit Mailchimp Email Marketing?

Ease of use in editing campaigns prior to publishing, and being able to come back to finish at later times. Being able to replicate campaigns has been a big time saver. Importing contacts and having the contact management features is also very helpful.

What do you dislike about Intuit Mailchimp Email Marketing?

Building an email campaign from scratch is challenging - as I have to use other design software to create blocks and then import those into MC. Alot of building has to happen outside of MC in order to create a visually appealing design. Font options and formatting are also limited.

What problems is Intuit Mailchimp Email Marketing solving and how is that benefiting you?

being able to import large amounts of contact data at once, and email content to all of them easily.
