I like the fact that from longtime they give the opportunity (also for free, up to a certain level) to have a professional system that has always grown up in time, with updates and improvements.

Sometimes I find it a bit complicated to surf between all the functionalities and from the last modification of the conditions there are some limits that are creating to me problems with my free account, but I am grateful for all the positive aspects

The overall the product is great. Specially the seamless integration with websites and marketing flows. It also provide the free version for start-ups. The template is also very user friendly.

Nothing as such butthe price tier is a little on the higher side. It is challenging for a small organistation. The pricing plan could be more flexible.

I dislike nothing specific about Mailchimp, but there is a need to make the support team more proactive to improve customer experience. The pre-designed templates are elementary and need more creativity here. Also, the UI for the mobile app can be improved.

Restricted to specific features and designs when you are using its free version and Subscription Price should be more reasonable....Customer support should be more responsive to the queries

Really helped in retaining customers and thus gaining new business and projects which helped us grow. Would recommend anyone to go with this software if someone is new in business and would like to grow further through email marketing or for creating landing pages to promote their products online.
