What is like best about Lyft is that it is easy to use. When you need to get a ride, you able to request on within a few minutes. I use it for my job and it was easy to implement. Your able to contact the customer service through a chat portal to avoid the hassel of calling andwaiting while your on a trip.

What i least like about Lyft the most is that when you reach out to the customer serviceportal sometimes they take a little while to respong or appear but they are faster then calling support. I also disllike the price inflation at specific times.

The issues Sunray Homecare was experiencing before using Lyft was we didn't have a personal driver to pick up caregivers and their clients from appointments etc. Now with using Lyft we are able to send our caregivers/patients in a taxi to their required destination. We are able to request, pay and mointor the ride the entire time which is great feature to have. Your also able to do ride sharing where one can share a ride heraded tyowards thw same location or direction and pay a lesser fee.

Easy to use and very useful for when you need rides. Easier to use than uber business and easier to identify due to the bright colors of Lyft. I always enjoy using lyft.

I have always had a positive experience from the app to the driver.

Easy integration with my Brex card and account, receipts automatically emailed and parsed. Could not be easier once set up.

Sometimes it's easy to forget to toggle between personal and business use - would be nice if you could set geofencing rules (like if I'm in NYC, it's for business).

Cheaper than taxis, easy pickup to and from both airports I use, and automated receipt processing and expense reporting.

Lyft is designed to be uswer friendly and helpful to all ages.

This is a great platform that is easy to use. I've set up a separate account for business use and it's easy to submit expense reports. I also get promotions/coupons by using Lyft as preferred vendor for business travel.

Our company was so happy to discover Lyft Business. We love best the ability to have multiple employees able to use this Lyft account and the convenience it provides. All the receipts for all the rides are in one place.

There has not been anything that we have disliked about Lyft Business. It is great!

Many great things have come from using this, and it makes everything more convieient.

For our Lyft Business account, I am an Administrator, and we have been able to solve several problems. One being that is straightforward to go in and see all of the receipts for each trip and the memo note for what the trip was for and the cost. It has made expensing these trips very easy. We are able to make Lyft codes for visitors to our office and the unused amounts get added back to our credit card. It is a great benefit to have all of our traveling employees use one ride-share service and know we will access all the receipts in one place.

It’s really easy to order a lyft to get where you need to go in a matter of minutes.

The ability to change your drop off location in the middle of your ride.

I can call for a ride day or night and usually there is always a drive near and there is always a rider needing a ride.

I could easily get around in towns that I am not familiar with, the driver’s are friendly and helpful
