There are a ton of similar companies offering just about the same product with various pricing. Limble set itself apart by letting me do what I want and helping me because my situation is not standard. Then most importantly they are real people all the time. Demos, chat support, trainings, etc are all real people.
So far there are a few glitches that I had to talk to customer support about. The single license and not being able to add anyone even if they aren't using the product isn't great.
The property I manage never had a maintenance or management tracking program before. So there is no real idea of an operating budget, what needs to be done, etc.

It takes a little bit to get oriented to the data sets for reports and scorecards. Not unlike other systems. Wish there was an AI compenent to just tell it what we are looking for.
Limble facilitates simple interfacing for technicians and administrators alike. It makes for a win-win. It also does an amazing job keeping internal customers in the know regarding their maintenance issues.
The ability to be SO flexible with all aspects of work orders, PMs, Assets, Users and basically any part of the user interface. The customer support is AMAZING. I have never had such great communication with anyone from another company.
The least helpful part is not having enough licenses for every employee. This is an issue only because the system works so well that i would like for everyone to be able to sign in and work from it, but we just currently do not hold enough licenses.

I am excited to see some of the features developed, such as the work request portal, and customizing it further. The current portal works fine, but the ability to alter the questions will be effective.

Limble's filtering features are incredible. I am able to seperate all of my Work Orders from a pool of submissions into as many separate groups as needed and then I am able to request Purchase Orders against all of them, respectfully. All of the statuses and tracking of individual Tasks are very easy to read and find. Limble is an excellent management system.
I cannot seem to utilize all links in the "Manage Work" menu while accessing Limble from my mobile device. Improving this or making the ease of access all the same features in the mobile version may be helpful as an improvement.
Limble keeps all our work orders in centralized location. It helps determine when preventative maintenance is due. It allows our team to communicate with our supply personnel and track purchase order requests.
Our initial maintenance tracking program was ancient and outdated. You had to know computer programming to fully use its capabilities. We went from that convoluted and confusing CMMS to Limble and now our maintenance program is organized and efficient. I love how Limble is so user-friendly, and the I love the customer support that comes with it if you ever have a question.
Best of all, I know I will be handing down a system that is easy to pick up where I left off to minimize training time for the next maintenance manager.
I don't like that you can't batch-delete work history. I accidentally uploaded work history to the wrong location and I had to delete 1,000 items one by one instead of hitting a delete all button.

We are new to Limble so we knew coming into a new program there would be questions and concerns. I lost a whole work order and did not know what happened, I needed assistance finding out where that work order went. Noah was able to identify what happened, and where my work order actually went. Its so easy to navigate as we implement this program at our workplace. We use it daily for multiple features while completing our daily task. With the ease of intergrating of work orders we can create and monitor our work orders throught the changes of the tasks.
I lost a work order and did not know how to find it or what happened in that moment but Noah was prompt at finding the issue and what not to do moving forward while creating an asset.
The ease of creating work orders, following through with our task from start to finish is much simplier than the dinosaur program we used to use.
You can customize the limble dashboard to your own fit. You can filter alot of data and also choose the way you want it to be presented. We used it frequently and even the people that are not well versed with technology can utilize it. It is also great that it comes with the ability to attatch documents to assets, and also have a virtual inventory for parts. You can also add tools to make it easier to remind people what tools they will need for a specific work order which saves time and trips because it prevents time wasted going back for a tool that you did not have.
Recently we had an SQF audit in our facility and limble facilitated showing data of our maintenance team to corporate and managers in a way that makes sense to them.
Sometimes it randomly refreshes the page after it was already refreshed. I have a stable wifi connection so I don't know why this occurs and then if I am in the middle of typing it will delete my text since it refreshed.
Noticing when parts run low, prevents red orders( expediting orders overnight) which becomes very expensive.
We can also tell what pm's are running late, and we can track re-ocurring issues if we notice a trend.
It is also easy to track work orders by who completed them and also assign PMs that generate on their own when scheduled automating that task
1. The ability to add pictures to the Work Order a one of the best features which has helped a lot on being prepared for the repair at our assets. Maintenance team has a much better idea on what has to be repaired and often can take the spare parts already with them and not having to walk back to the Spare Part Room again. Huge time saving.
2. The Help Service team is very quick in responding and had always an answer for us.
3. Implementation was very easy with our Success Manager.
4. Very freindly staff in all manners.
No tracability on what you send to the Product Feedback Board.
Keep uptime high on our production floor.

The people are great. Outstanding customer service to help every step of the way. This platform is very user friendly, we have several employees that like their old school ways and even they are saying how much more effecient things are with Limble. The QR code and URL make it very easy to integrate amongst are many departments.
I have no complaints. The only learning curve is setting up your dashboard and getting the widgets to display what you want. Alex has been great helping us set those up though.
