PROS: I have been searching for a product that will align incentives for sales and marketing. A member of Level11 support team, Ashley I work with, is really helpful and she is really part of my organization team. Every week in our company we run competition and she always has new ideas, brainstorms, and debates and executes. She gave us an idea for Sales Qualified Leads. The competition we run increases the productivity by 100%.
CONS: It would be great if they could include more integration with Likedln. I believe they work on improvements.
PROS: It is very easy to create contests, whether on the fly or plan on a longer term. I also love how easy it now is for my sales team to be aware of how they are doing towards their goals. It has been a great investment that has helped us engage the team.
CONS: At times I have had difficulty tracking metrics specific to my organization. In such cases, I had involve my IT team which slows things down as a result.
PROS: The individual scorecards have made it easy for us to provide real time gratification for our inside sales team members. We don't have to hunt for anymore for dashboards/reviews wondering if the data there is correct.
CONS: Not being able to click on the scorecard to see a list of applicable metrics is often limiting. I would like to see the metrics that have contributed to the results displayed.
PROS: We use both Level 11 and Channel11 app, they are easy to use and very intuitive. Fast and pain free for our department when building new contest in order to motivate our sales teams. The tool is wonderful for motivating support, adoption and everything that comes with Salesforce system. With add-ons we are able to present the key contests on TV screens in each office and help the remote offices and teams to feel more connected with whole company and other departments. Whenever we face some issue, its customer team is always there to help.
CONS: We don’t have nothing to dislike.
PROS: Along with LevelEleven we are using Channel11 app, they are easy to use and intuitive. They are great for creating new contest in order so we can motivate our sales team. It is great tool for motivating support and adoption. Thanks to add-ons we can present important contest on large screens in every office so the remote offices and teams can feel more connected with the company and other departments. The customer support team is responsive and always ready to help.

PROS: LevelEleven is simply to use product, creating contests is very easy and you can create them on the go or you can plan them longer. With latest updates my team knows how they are doing towards their goals, thanks to Scorecard. We have experienced great increase in sales activity after running short term contests, the overall productivity is highly increased to 10-15% with Scorecards. All in all, LevelEleven is great investment and it really helps us to engage our team.
CONS: Sometimes I have difficulties with tracking specific metrics, but I believe that this issue is because I don’t involve my IT team, which I should.
PROS: LevelEleven is simple product that makes creating contests easy and we can create them on the go or we can plan them longer. I’m very satisfied with the latest updates because we can foresee our goals and we have clear vision where we are going. We managed to increase sales activity after running short term contests and to increase the productivity for more than 30% with Scorecards. At the end, I have to say that LE is great investment and it is worth the price.

PROS: From my point of view, Level11 is easy to setup, install and use. You can easily build metrics especially if you have a report in Salesforce. They get lot of our BDR’s and it creates some friendly competition environment in the office. It offers transparency to whole department and ability to track the performances through the whole month.
CONS: First of all, I don’t like the color scheme, the black was very dark and ominous and some of our people hid the leader board. As an administrator, I have found that some of the metrics are hard to create (for example, If I want to create a metric that contains deal type A or B I need to make “doesn’t contain deal type C). The product is amazing but they could make it more customizable.
