The Support Team is very fast and besides that, there is a section that we can find most of answers for our questions
Nothing to dislike, they keep implementing new futures.
The great benefit of using LendingPad is that the system is very user friendly
The setup is super simple and the per seat cost is very good for the product that you get. Navigation is great and the LendingPad team is always making great improvements to the platform and it's flexibility.
I would say the limited customization with the business rules, but recent updates have eliminated that negative. My only other dislike is not being able to remove unused "actions" from the list.
They are providing a great LOS and POS platform for mortgage lenders and brokers to easily expand their in-office and remote staff. The learning curve for picking up this new software has been minimal for most of my employees.
Support is top-notch, available, fast, and capable. The fact the software is web-based is a huge plus as well.
SLOW and no copy function or function to add a co-borrower or additional borrower via 3.4 downloads.
Creating more connectivity to other platforms.
What I like most about Lending Pad is that it is very user friendly and easy to use. the fields are color-coded, giving you a very clear way of working. It is perfect.
The system is a little slow. Sometimes when you log in or when you go from one fiel to another it takes a good few seconds for the page to load. sometimes it could take a little longer.
It is not complicated to start off a loan, vs another software that only has grey fields and it is kind of hard for the eye to see which fields need to be completed.
I love how easy it is to use, and it does not have any qorks when it comes to calculating the numbers that I have seen.
I honestly have not found anything I dislike about it, I find it to be one of the easiest systems I have ever worked it.
I don't know of any problems they are solving.
Love how user-friendly the platform is. Tons of information and tutorials to help on certain items.
I would say the customer service was rude, the response time was not at par, and the costs to make the switch didn't make financial sense for our company.
With the current market, we were trying to establish another route with our LOS. LendingPad was a great choice, but the complexity of transferring data and files over it was too costly to make the switch.
Great customer service, support is always quick to respond to tickets
Errors from creating business rules. AUS errors
It allows me to quickly write loans without having to wait for encompass to load, also the reports make it easy to check on activity
Being able to run AUS prior to sending out preapprovals.
Having it internet facing so that I can access it from other places
Feels modern vs calyx which feel like its from the 90s
If you have it open for too long, you cannot save your work as it caches too quick.
The support team has been a bit rude before.
Entering numbers can be finicky and will delete them out
Its useful for putting together loans.
Does what it needs to do. Nothing more nothing less.
We like how everything from the credit report to the underwriting conditions are saved in one spot. At first, coming from Encompass, there was a learning curve, but once you get the hang of it, there is no turning back.
We dislike that you have to search for each person in your pipeline. It used to not be like this and we hope they will update it again to where your current loan pipeline is in one place.
LendingPad is consistantly updating their software and trying to make it more and more user friendly. They accept comments and suggestions which is something we really like.

Here are some of the things that I love about LendingPad:
•This is an easy to use web based system which is accessible anywhere that you have an internet connection. I use it on my desktop computer, laptop, and on my iPad. In rare cases I will log in on my iPhone. It is even possible to log on while on a plane!
•Multiple users can work in a file at the same time without anyone getting locked out.
•This software will super charge your processors and loan assistants. LendingPad allows my processor to effectively manage large case loads.
•The help desk is super responsive and they are open to suggestions for future updates.
•Robust document management system that allows you to upload a multi page document and then split it apart into separate docs. Pages can be easily rotated and re-ordered as needed.
•Easy to generate reports are available with a few clicks.
•Integration with title company partners which pulls in section C and E fees.
I wish that LendingPad would allow users to create custom reports by using a query system that would allow the user to pick and choose the fields that are pulled into the report. Many of the reports that LendingPad generates provide too many data points and I have to export them to Excel and then delete the columns that aren't needed. I also wish that the Loan Worksheet would separate the actual mortgage payment from the association fees - currently everything is lumped together into a line item that says Total Monthly Payment
Using LendingPad increases my productivity and the productivity of everyone that touches our files.
