Great helpdesk platform
What do you like best about LabiDesk?
I am satisfied with the integration ability and availability of this product. It's a big plus that it can be placed on any page, including my helpdesk page in one copy-paste step! The dashboard is pleasantly organized which makes finding options easy for me as well because they've thought about what would work best with everyone who decides to use it namely having so many crucial features included into just one package.
What do you dislike about LabiDesk?
Doesn't look perfect in Internet Explorer, but I know Microsoft will close down Explorer next year.
What problems is LabiDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great for answering your costumers questions, and making if easy for costumers to get support.

I've been using LabiDesk for a while and I absolutely love it. My team uses it as a help center. It's easy-to-use and has features: shared inbox, knowledge base, and many more. The UI needs some improvements. I highly recommend it!

Great tool for customer support management
What do you like best about LabiDesk?
I run a small business and was looking for a simple solution to handle customer inquiries for a new project. I found Labidesk through Facebook Support Groups. It offers Ticketing, Livechat, Knowledge Base and some other features which I do no need at the moment. The interface is clean and simple.
What do you dislike about LabiDesk?
Right now I think that it is missing a mobile app and also the ability to handle several languages. I hope that these features are coming at some point since they are very important to me.
What problems is LabiDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to be organized when receiving questions from customers which would not be possible with a simple email software. I never had live chat before so this is a bonus for me as well.

Great help desk for SMB!
What do you like best about LabiDesk?
I like the live chat function of LabiDesk. It allows customization to make the live chat widget match the look and feel of my brand. The intercom template they have for live chat is my favorite.
What do you dislike about LabiDesk?
I'm not liking the UI/UX of the software as I feel like the current menu on the left is a bit compact and clustered. I hope they improve the layout similar to Intercom or ZenDesk.
What problems is LabiDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using LabiDesk, I'm able to track the support tickets from my clients, which allows me to respond in a timely manner and offer a better experience by tracking all my tickets.

Great helpdesk tool!
I like the ease of the dashboard, the UI/UX is good, I can access everything in one place. Making the ticketing system easier, and very rich in widgets such as ticket systems, help widgets, and even live chat that can help make the helpdesk system on the website easier for developers. But there's still a lot that can be improved, maybe the personalized help site can make a live view when editing, and drag & drop the unit will make the UX better. Pagespeed score is also slightly affected by widgets.

Quite a new player on the market - if developed, it can make a big difference. On the plus side, all-in-one helpdesk software allows you to keep your finger on the team's pulse. Cool is the option of shared mailboxes.
