It was easy to implement and the learning curve is short. If you are in business development and doing cold outreach, going with Koncert is a no brainer.
Sometimes there are issues caused by network latancy. This can be remedied with a strong consistent internet signal. There are other minor bugs from time to time but the customer success team is quick to help and report these. None of the negatives outweigh the benefits.

Koncert has been very seamless and easy to use. You can upload lists of pending calls through CSV files or tools like SalesLoft. I like uploading through SalesLoft best because it is more convenient, in my opinion.
With the new updates that Koncert has done this year, I can't think of anything I dislike about the tool. It has been great to have reached a higher quantity of prospects with Koncert.
Koncert has solved many problems for me. Ultimately, I can reach more potential prospects in a workday than physically dialing those prospects on my own. I've had issues running it on Chrome being that Chrome is a hog I've had to find a less intense browser to maximize koncert.

Not much that I can think about. I'd say a lot of it is going to come down to getting used to the system of running multiple dialers in parrallel as the AI system was quick.

The tool is easy to use and train new MDR/SDRs to use to prospect and build out a pipeline and target a marketing campaign. Team Dialer really boosts the amount of connections and activities my MDR/SDRs can achieve in a day.
I do alot of Call Reviews, in the report is doesn't give you the total overall score, so when you download you have to add a column. I have given the recommendation and they are working on fixing that.
