I like how i saves time by moving the break and lunch time. I also like how it forcasts and plans prep time and courses to be taken. Managers have less things to do as Intradeim takes care of all the excpetions. The team has been really helpful and gave us alot of job aids that would advisors and leaders.

I like how Intradiem alleviates some of the manual work we need to do which allows us to focus on other things. I'm a big proponent of using technology to make our jobs more efficient, Intradiem helps us do just that.
I wish there were more customizable cabalities within Intradiem, particularly in setting up assignments. Some of the ways we filter out targeted recipients of Intradiem alerts are very cumbersome and time consuming.
The biggest benefit in using Intradiem is its ability to plot assignments, breaks and lunches etc... on the employees' schedule. This could be a very time consuming task especially within a big contact center. Intradiem helps us save so much time with this.
I like the pop ups that help me stay organize and remember my holds and stuff like that
