I bought the lifetime package thinking to have API services included. I didn't read carefully the details. yet the customer service helped me right away and offered me multiple advantageous alternative packages. since it was for my office i couldn't pick one so they refunded me. 5 stars for the customer service

very easy to contact them (I prefer the messenger option). one problem was fixed very quickly and without any complications. the 2nd (minor more like a cosmetical) problem will be fixed with the next software version.

I have requested their services several and everything went well

I have requested their services several times, and I have always been satisfied.
I am satisfied with the prices for a lifetime period and this system ensures anonymity locally or globally thanks to cryptography. In other words, Internxt allows you to no longer have to entrust all your data to large companies, with the potential risk of seeing it exposed to a third party, or even losing it completely.

I have been using Internxt for a year…

I have been using Internxt for a year now and I've seen their growth in front of my eyes while using the web version.
It has improved a lot in terms of speed and bugs. For a person like me who's super concerned about privacy and security, I believe Internxt is the best choice for keeping all your data safe without any worries.

Great customer service!

I went with Internxt after comparing all the big storage services, mostly due to their trust score and especially the 75% off promotion they're running right now.

I had some issues with my storage upgrade showing for me I thought, and Diiana helped me via their awesome email support. It ended up being a problem on my end and she was so friendly and amazing nonetheless.

Best customer service I've ever had! I definitely recommend Internxt. The storage is 5TB for about $8.00 per month Canadian. The sync across pc to online is fast. And the online layout is easy to use!

Support is very good. Any Problem is solved within a day or two!
The software itself is getting better and better. Don't expect too much speed, processing your files in a blockchain takes time. But this service has come a long way since its beginnings.

Great Storage App

The apps for iPhone, Mac, and Windows are all very similar. The sharing options for sending files to friends and family are easy to use, and Internxt has a beautiful interface. It includes MFA options and backup recovery codes for authentication. The storage size to bang for buck ratio is also very competitive compared to others. They also include lifetime subscription options.
