Consistent updating of products. Most of all, the customer service provided by Shelby, Ayesha and the Call Center Team continues to be outstanding - even five years later!

Increased efficiency in our office and added ability to work with more than one office location.
This software is very user friendly. I really like how you can run reports that are very comprehensive and export to excel with filters already build in, patient portal, update of the software, insync university, customer service,and speed of the system.
I would like for the patient portal to be offer in another language beside English. There is sometime a slight delay when you submit a support ticket but has gotten better in the few months. It would be nice to see when you submit a support ticket get a response back saying your request has been submit and provide update of your request.
Please offer the patient portal in other languages beside English
Offering the patient portal and be able to have our patient have access to this. Sending faxes through Insync, uploading document.
InSync has provided an EMR that meets our needs on many levels. The product has many useful "out of the box" features, yet we have been able to create forms that are required by our regulators.
There has been very little that we dislike. There are so many features that we continue to learn every day.
Plan for an excellent on-boarding experience, with great in-person training and support.
We have moved from paper records to an EMR. We have been able to offer Telehealth seamlessly to our clients which we could never have achieved. The reports offered through InSync are valuable and provide easy access to outcomes. Their customer service has been excellent in responding to questions or requests for help.
Our clinicians have loved the new system. It has significantly reduced their paperwork time! We also appreciate the constant updates/improvements being made to the system.
Some of our billing procedures had to be revamped - some resulted in process improvements, and a few others are minor inconveniences.

The ability to have a voice in enhancements and the features that are offered. InSync is exceptional at listening to their clients and allowing them input int he products they use. They are constantly upgrading the most used features to make our life better and easier.
It may take some time to get upgrades due to the constant improvements, but they are worth the wait.
Anyone interested should ask for a demonstration. They are very out of the box thinkers and can provide solutions that you may not expect. The demonstration will help in deciding if the software can meet your unique needs.
InSync serves as an all-in-one, schedule, documentation, and billing software. It helps with consistency in documentation and keeps notes compliant while incorporating an easy to use billing module.
I like the Insync provides a lot of functionality. It has more capability then I can even comprehend at this point.
It seems like there are too many steps to doing some things.
My biggest issue so far has been getting our new providers set up correctly. We are hoping that those issues will now be resolved with the help of Shelby Forsch, who seems to be more than willing to help us get our issues resolved quickly and to our satisfaction. She has been amazing.
All the representatives in the company are always polite and more than helpful. Our Contract Manager Tony Spino has only been working with myself and my COO for about 2 weeks and I have had to call him numerous times and he has always made it priority to help us with whatever we are inquiring about, to include an estimate for our company to get a training in order to "drive this Ferrari smoothly". Additionally, the system is constantly updating and being reviewed to enhance what our practice is requesting in order to improve our practice management and billing cycles.
Pilots get rolled out without being stated that they are beta tested. Or with instruction about how to participate in beta testing.
Be thorough in your training, absorb as much as you can and really take the time to set it up properly. This system will be amazing to utilize to it's fullest potential once we have a better understanding of all it's capabilities.
We are able to condense paperwork from all departments and are "going green". We have been utilizing many more features within the system in order to maintain records and communicate with several departments and refrain from utilizing multiple software systems at once when our system can do it all.
Although the product is robust enough to do whatever we want it to it is simple enough to really make it easily navigable for our teams. However, this would be the best part of InSync but their training, program and support teams are amazing. So hands down the customer service is the best thing, even with such a great product.
We currently don't have much to dislike at this point. Perhaps as we continue on with the product we may find something but the only thing I can think of right now that has been a "dislike" is just how long it takes our assessments to save, and that could easily be because our assessments are really long and that much data does take some time to save.
This system is highly recommended not just for the ease of setup but for the team that stands by your side through the whole process, and to my current situation, well after go-live. The functionality of InSync is intuitive and easy to navigate as well as easy to personalize.
We had been scattered with the merge into an additional state and other companies coming on board with us so one huge problem was to have a standard system and process to teach the team.
I really enjoy the people that work with the organization. From set up to still working with them 10 months later they answer questions quickly and thoroughly. Every one is always very friendly and willing to go the extra mile. I love that when you reach out to support they immediately want to do a screen share so that you can see what it is exactly you are working on. The program is also very customize able to our practice (which does things differently from every other practice).
I am honestly having a little bit of trouble identifying what is something I dislike - this is simply because if there is something I dislike as a feature I can mention it and they work very hard to make sure it can be made into something I do like!
The one thing I guess I dislike most is not having the ability to add new providers within the program I understand the reasoning behind it as we only purchase so many "licenses" for providers - but I have used other programs that just "limit" the number of providers you can add. The addition of providers through insync is usually only a 24 hour turn around - but I have found some things seem to get missed in adding them/connection them to practice insight.
Our previous program did not do well with running reports and we live and die by reports! The insync ones are so easy to customize and use. This leads to us making positive innovations in our company based off of the information we gather.
I also realized how much I like the different aspects of the encounter notes. It is a smooth process and covers all the bases!
