Getting into automation with a partner is an intimidating process that could hurt the customer experience if you choose the wrong product or partner. Since launch Insync has upheld our expectations for service and moved it forward.
Nothing to dislike. After working with Insync, they set the standard for a true partnership while delivering results.
Throughout our transition to Shopify, Insync helped us categorize customer pain points to address with product teams and build automation workflows to improve the experience while focusing on high CSAT. We have seen 62% of chat sessions resolved through automation + 32% resolution rate since launch + 129 sec. resolution time from automating customer intents.
Insync.ai is super responsive. They help you troubleshoot problem areas, offer suggestions on how to improve for the future, and then come alongside you to see your vision through to the finish line.
I wish that I had an opportunity to work with Insync.ai more often!
Insync.ai has helped us gain a better understanding of our customers. They have helped us provide better tools and solutions for our customers and be more proactive in our service.
InSync helped our team at Yahoo with automation of handling customer issues which would've put a burden on human agents. The thing I liked about InSync was the time (6-8 weeks) it took them to bring the solution up and running in addition to training the system to handle additional use cases.
There wasn't anything major I disliked about the product. But at that time (2018) there was no self-serviceable UI for our team to handle ongoing operations. Having said that, this may have been addressed in the current version
- case deflection which reduces human agent load resulting in increased efficiencies
- by handling more volume it leads to reduced cost per contact
- customer satisfaction has stayed on par with human agent interaction
communications and follow through on promises.
We have had no negative experiences. There have been requests that could not be accommodated but it's more because we ask for everything and learn what is possible.
We shifted from phone to digital communications and wanted a great experience for our customers. Insync.ai not only listened and responded to our needs, but they also built great dashboards for insights for ongoing improvements and have made great suggestions with very timely re-works. Good people skills in team meetings as well. A pleasure to work with!
Insync.ai is very easy to work with. The team has a relatively quick response time that is always replied with quick action plan and solution.
Very very little. It took a while to think about something negative. All I can think of is that we cannot edit the workflows ourselves. We need to send our suggestions to be edited by them which can sometimes take a few hours.
They are excellent partners in the Shopify app. There is minimal needed dev/admin setup.
We do not have a good automated chat system right now. They are helping to automate our chatbot which in turn helps to reduce the number of customers that need to be routed to live agents. Proper customer service automation

They are quick to adapt to our changing needs and innovate solutions to help us reach our business goals. Collaboration has been smooth and efficient with our internal development teams as we work together with Insync.ai to implement enhancements. Their team is always looking to improve their product and by extension the customer experience we provide, proactively bringing findings from the metrics they gather to our attention to highlight areas for growth and change. This allows us as a business to stay ahead of the game rather than functioning in a reactive way to concerns raised by our customers.

Through our partnership with Insync.ai we are seeing improved customer satisfaction ratings across all of our service and support teams. We are also seeing higher quality engagements and better resolution rates on contacts that hit our live agents due to the success we have in answering a wider range of inquiries with their tool.
They are very responsive, and they will take on any challenge that we have. Moreover, the team brings new ideas and innovation to us, they are a thought leader and a driver for our business.
The toughest challenge is in the AI space in general. InSync is a great vendor for it, but it takes time to get efficient and effective.
Take your time and look at what others are offering, and you will be able to see InSync's quality.
Automation, customer self-service, and associate self-service. The more we can create opportunities for our customers and associates to take care of their own issues, the better overall customer expereince.
They listen to our requests and action them quickly in partnership with the team.

Insync does not just leave you to manage the tool on your own, but instead proactively reach out to provide insight and suggested changes to improve the instance of their tool for their customer's benefit. Then, they actually go about implementing those changes with their customer's guidance.
Insync requires your input and guidance, and while that is not inherently a problem, no one should expect that it is simply a plugin application that runs entirely independently. In fact, the team does a great job of requesting the appropriate resources and connections to allow the tool to operate without constant oversight.
We are seeing the number of customers that require our own teams input decreasing over time. Handling product inquiries, return request initiations and policy/program questions efficiently. Our goal is not to remove the need for our human-to-human interactions, but to free up time for our people to tackle the true value-add issues instead of the issues that are primarily self-serviceable.

The team at InsyncAI is very polished, polite, collaborative and true experts in the area of artificial intelligence. Their simple to use platform stands out among competitiors and was sinple to implement.
