PROS: We have a very noisy funnel and Infer just simplifies everything. Our product is quite popular and that means we have a large influx of leads. Our team has to spent a lot of time which inbound leads are worth prioritizing and Infer solves that part of the equation rather easily.

Unlike most companies, we don't deal with cone-shaped funnels. Ours is top heavy and Infer has the BI tools and features to help us manage it.

PROS: Infer makes the onboarding and implementation process quick and painless. It was so fast and easy that we got it integrated to our Salesforce instance in less than a week. The Infer team was also with us in every step of the way. The data we get is reliable as well based on the tests we did against scoring.
CONS: I love Infer and there is nothing about it I dislike. We get good return on our investment. We are quite excited to see how we will fare once we reach out to new markets where we don't have any history of.
PROS: Infer generated reliable and very effective predictive models for us and we are able to implement them without any hitch. I also love how they really listened and integrated my feedbacl into a model that has now been proven to be very accurate when it comes to predictive anaytics. They have recently introduced new tools that I think will be beneficial to many Infer users.
CONS: I wish Infer can develop a behavior model that would run in real-time because by the time the system recognizes a high value lead, either the activity has passed or they are already off the website.

PROS: Infer contributed to the signficant improvement our marketing and sales engine in terms of efficiency. Once we have our model, it was pleasantly surprising that the implementation wasn't much of a struggle. While it is true that there are other predictive models out there that provide good results, what makes Infer stand out is its team. It is a pleasure working with the Infer people.
CONS: Most of the time, there is a transparency issue when dealing with machine learning-based models. While the Infer has a portal, it only highlights some of the essntial signals in the model.
PROS: Infer changed the way we work with leads. Back then, we were unable to make our leads work for us. When we discovered this business intelligence software, it was an eye opener. We are able to focus on high value leads instead of concentrating our efforts on increasing the number of our leads. Now, almost every goal are now in line with the information we have in Infer. Almost every kew processes are integrated with Infer as everyone is now aware how important a high value lead is.
CONS: I have no problems with the product. I just hate that we didn't discover it sooner.
PROS: Infer is simply an amazing product that uses innovative lead scoring technology. In addition, they provide excellent customer support. When we started using Infer, we really were surprised with the speed at which the model was built and how very accurate its predictive capabilities are.
CONS: Infer is expanding and they are working on providing us with a better product. There is simply nothing to dislike.

Our sales team tried Infer to help us better assess our leads database. Infer created a custom algorithm to score our leads based on information that we have not necessarily collected directly, which as whether or not there are certain marketing or sales titles on the website itself, or is there an email address listed. It's been an incredibly helpful tool to complement the data that we have collected on leads and their behavior.
It helped me with large databases that were difficult to sort through based on explicit information that I’ve collected from conversations or from forms. It was a good fit for my company, when I have to purchase databases. But it is completely inappropriate for B2C type of businesses with no concept of a lead.
