Easy to use platform!
What do you like best about Impartner PRM?
Easy to use, segmentations can be applied, and a dedicated TAM to support us.
What do you dislike about Impartner PRM?
It would be best if you allow us to build and manage our customer's landing page without having to code it. CMS is an alternative to update and organize our content and segmentation easily.
What problems is Impartner PRM solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing our digital assets in different language variations can easily be segmented to show to thousands of users we have globally. The assets that suits their needs, the more engaged they are with us and of course better experience for our Channel partners.

What do you like best about Impartner PRM?
the ability & flexibility offered by impartner is a key, the new on demand feature where we can keep engaged with our partners, pulling reports to know how much deals were registered or the saved assets that our partners can use to learn. the ability to customise the view for each partner is amazing.
What do you dislike about Impartner PRM?
currently you cant pull a report for global partners accross the regions and i do think we can have global overview on X partner across the globe would be amazing.

the partner engagment experience where we keep our partners informed about our latest updates, assets, collaterals where impartner is linked to our CRM with live updates shared with our partners.

If you’re looking to make a real difference in your team or division, start with an Impartner module that’ll have the biggest impact on your business. Once you've nailed that, you can easily branch out to build a more complete partner ecosystem.

What do you like best about Impartner PRM?
What I like best about Impartner PRM is how flexible the platform is and responsive their Support Team is. It streamlines partner enablement, training, and deal registration all in one place, which provides a great experience for our Partners. The customization options allow us to tailor the experience for different partner tiers, and the reporting tools give us real-time visibility into partner performance.
What do you dislike about Impartner PRM?
While Impartner PRM is powerful, there are a few areas that could be improved. The user interface can feel a bit dated and unintuitive at times, especially for new users. Some customization options require more technical support than expected. Better in-app guidance and more self-service configuration options would make a big difference.

Great team in the UK - very customer centric
What do you like best about Impartner PRM?
The solution is best in class, and we compared it to several other solutions in a deep dive. However, the most important aspect for me and the thing I like best, is how approachable and patient the team were with our questions and they worked to our timescales. This is invaluable in building a trusted relationship and long term partnership.
What do you dislike about Impartner PRM?
We have a lot of partners, so the cost can be fairly high

We are just working through installation now - but we are hoping it brings clarity to leads/deal registration and improves partner engagement as well as reduces manual processes, such as partner onboarding.

Amazing PRM with easy to use feature sets
What do you like best about Impartner PRM?
The amount of control I have over interface for my partners, the segmentation of views I can implement, the training and journey capabilities. The deal view and process it supports for integration to our CRM.
What do you dislike about Impartner PRM?
It can be a bit tricky for the segmentation setup using hubspot.

Impartner helps us twofold; training and pushing net new learning resources out to existing partner and monitoring and streamlining our pipeline management.
