Very easy to use, best in market, has multiple tiers like flow charter entry level. It is easy to edit process maps, build them, design them, simulate them, automate them, also easy to share with leadership and executives,

easy to train new hires to use the tool as well.

The simulation version is a bit expensive, sometimes difficult to extract maps to be used by other tools. Exctracting the documents to pdfs that look acceptable is tricky but doable, problems with integrating with other process mapping tools like Visio.

I like the versatility of functions and applications of the tool from mapping to simulations. Additional tools to include FMEA, SIPOC, Managed cycles and exploratory analysis.

Additional resources like the ability to effectively create Journeys are not transparent and connected. The resource manual does explains in bits and pieces but how to activate a custom map visual appears hidden or requiring external assistance.

We are currently using iGrafx to solve documentation gaps and sharing for review and approval from subject matter experts and managers. We also are using the simulation function to model for capacity of resources. We benefit through insights gained on how processes connect or don't as a system, value stream and optimization of resources and inputs for future budget priorities.

With iGrafx we can now automate our organization systems to fit our daily needs. The FlowCharter in the user interface gives us clear information on our daily transactions. We can predict the risks which may occur after certain situation and take the necessary avoidance precautions.

It has been great tool since we started using it in our organization and everything is running well.

It is a great tool with very high performance that has transformed our business to higher level. I can give iGrafx all the stars from its effective functionality in our organization.
