O RPA é uma ferramenta excelente, que nos possibilitaria automatizar processos manuais que hoje consome muito tempo dos colaboradores.

As the User of IBM watsonx i found it's ability to create and deploy chatbot and virtual assistants very easily and fastly.
It allows business to provide automated customer support and engagement which can improve customer user experience and increase the business value.
As the user of this tool, The initial learning curve associated with configuring fine tune AI Models will be little bit challenging here and we can improve the documentation and more tutorial videos so that users can implement the things very faster. But overall I don't dislike anything about this tool.

Enhaned customer support - as we are banking industry there are common queries which came from customer but with integration of this tool it is very easy and fast way to resolve the issue.
Language support - This tool can support multiple language so it way easy to support the customer from different language backgrounds.
I have been contacted few of the players in the industry but as far as I know they have been the best. Really liked the service and product. Thumps up from my end.
Initially it took some time to get used to it, but once it was understood it was quite good. Demo video can be bit more illustrative it will make the process smooth.
Queries has been resolved at base level only, so it is reducing the number of force we used to required initially to solve the issues. Now the users are quite satisfied

IBM Watson is having Natural language understanding and can able to detect any data from the documents.it is having key value pairs where we can able to extract data very easily
This needs to work on large scale documents which contains 500 to 1000 page documents as well.there is a scope of improvement while dealing with few document type like hand written and all.
Sometimes need to struggle for connecting to api as well
We can easily detect the text from the invoices automatically and gives us the results once the document scanning is done which is quite amazing.the nlu keys are the advantage where we can easily connect with the third party applications
With IBM Watson Assistant you can create chatbots. It's accurate, easy to use and work fast. It's one of the best tools I have ever used. And the best thing is that it was cheap!
To be honest, I don't dislike anything about IBM Watson Assistant. As I said it's fast, easy to use, and super accurate. Since I took the IBM professional data scientist certificate, this is the best tool I have ever used!
