The onboarding process went off great. I could not have asked for a better group of people.
So far I have not found anything that I did not like with IBM Control Desk. I do think it would be helpful if IBM was more transparent with their services.

It provides automated service management, and best service desk capabilities. It does not matter where you are or on which device you are, you can utilize it fully and can enjoy efficient service desk for handling service requests and managing encounters. It is very user friendly and you can customize your own service desk easily by using and can enjoy features fully. It can be used to generate reports keep an eye on the employees whether they are working on the tickets submitted by the angry users or not. You can build your own filters for better results for the comparison with other time of the years. IBM Control desk is perfect when it comes to notifying you about the whereabouts of your business. The support of this company also not that bad. They proved themselves quite useful when we needed them and were available until the issue was resolved. They used TeamViewer to help us and were quite friendly and responsible.
There is not much to hate about this tool but its integration with other tools is something that we cannot simply ignore. Its integration with other tools is so bad and we cannot this fact. It is one of the major drawback of this tool and developers need to work on this matter.
Briefly, other than the integration factor this tool has everything that one user can ask for and with the plus point of being a cloud software makes it a good choice for your business.

There is not any major thing which I dislike but one thing I can say is that it provide limited customisation and there can be performance issue also.
