PROS: We rely on IBM Blueworks Live for process mapping. It enables us to develop SIPOC diagrams with comprehensive details.

CONS: This software needs to be improved to be on par with its competitors on the market in terms of flexibility, specifically, in operating tasks and line elements.

PROS: This platform allows for efficient identification of the different variables involved in a process. It enables us to develop and manage a shareable workflow.

CONS: This was able to fit the needs of our company for process management well and we have found nothing to dislike about it so far.

PROS: I love that it is highly accessible and cloud-based. It eliminates the need to go through the process of installation.

CONS: We would have a better experience with this software if role integrations would be possible for our corporate ldap. Apart from this, this works perfectly for our needs.

PROS: This is a user-friendly platform that comes with several good features for process documentation.

CONS: The platform would be better with additional templates that will cater to various process types. Improvements could also be done on its modeling and simulation features.

PROS: I appreciate that Blueworks Live provides a way for me to work with a large amount of data seamlessly. It also allows me to start new processes right away and without any trouble.

CONS: I think they need to work on the consistency of their glossary for it to be able to properly serve its purpose.

PROS: This platform helps improve workforce productivity by enabling faster knowledge transfer to new employees. It only takes a few days to learn about the business process with IBM Blueworks Live.

CONS: We think it would be better if they would provide viewer options with smaller packages to their customers.

PROS: This platform is user-friendly and provides users with several ways to create business processes. It also comes with an awesome customer support service.

CONS: This is one of the best among its competitors on the market and I am extremely satisfied with it so far.

PROS: This enables us to work efficiently on the development of our process models. It has features, like performance monitor and process automation, that we have yet and are excited to explore.

CONS: This works exactly as we imagined it would. We only wish there were add ons included in the package. It does provide many capabilities that come handy for us.
