Keeps all of our techs on the same page!
It is easy for our team to create and update documentation. It is also great that it links directly to our ticketing system for easy access. It has allowed us to stay more organized.

We needed a platform where were could store passwords, create and store KB articles, create assets, search for assets, and archive assets. We can also control who sees what so not everyone has access to everything.
