ALL GOOD,NOT DISLIKE IN THIS OFTWARE BECAUSE ALL MODULES ARE HELPFUL BUT SOME TIMES WEEKEND OCCURED BECAUSE MY OFFICE IS OPEN IN SATURDAY BUT HRONE ENJOY WEEKEND ONLY THIS TIME SOME PROBLEMS OCCURED IN PAYROL TIME ONLY EITHER SUPPORT PERSON IS TOO HELFULL.

NO PROBLEMS IN HRONE SOFTWARE ALWAYS SUPPORTIVE EMPLOYEES WORKJED AS OWN WOPRKSHIP. ALWAYS HELP ME WHEN I WAS TIRED AND SUFFER FROM SALARY PROCESSING LEAVE CARRY FORWARD,APPRAISAL TIME ITS ALWAYS HELP ME ALL THOSE MODULES LIKE CORE,WORKFORCE,TIMEOFFICE AND PAYROLL ALL COMPLIANCES CALCULATION IS SO EFFECTIVELY WORKED.LEAVE DATA ,LEAVE LEDGER,PERFORMANCE CRITERIA,PAYROLL STATUTORY COMPLIANCES .

All my manual work and multiple excel working has been closed with the help of HROne

They provide proper support as an when required also HROne has an chat bot which helps us getting the queries resolved within few minutes.

Software becomes slow sometime in the month end while processing payroll

In the previous software it was very difficult to manage the reimbursements which is easy in HRone

PMS review rating is very good through which we can calculate our ratings effortlessly. Implementation support is very good

Adding variables every month is a task but that also we can upload in advance but download and upload is a task

Avoiding manual

Hrone is all in one software which means it has all the options which HR or employees needs. From workforce module to asset module they have everything along with intregation of biometric,powerBI, custom reports,LMS etc.

From implementation to support it went every well and smooth for us.

Mobile application is very user friendly and employee use it daily for marking attendance and for applying leaves.

Few things i feel which needs improvement

HROne has made payroll processing and helpdesk ticketing easy, which has made our tasks more efficient now.

It has also improved the attendance tracking of employees easy.

The coordination of HROne team is good.

As far as now, there is no concern. However there are a few things like loading time and self-help books.

The automated recruitment process and asset management module streamline the tracking of employee status within the organization.

Reports cannot be downloaded based on our specified column-wise positions.

Employee performance can be analyzed based on the ratings provided by reporting managers against defined KPIs and KRAs.
