Dashboard makes it so easy not to forget birthdays, work anniversaries, what is new or who is off today. It is absolutely amazing. Very intuitive portal, you will be returning to it all the time to check employee info, check timesheets, check when reviews are due, ... You can also use online forms with HR Partner, edit them to your liking and have everything in one place. Customer support is quick and friendly. If you have a question or you want to change something, but you are not sure how, they will help. Empoyees like the portal too. It is one place for all the interaction - timesheets, holiday requests, expense claims, ...

It would be great if it was an actuall app for mobile devices.

Once place for reviews, timesheets, expense claims, holiday requests, online forms. No more forgetting work anniversaries/reviews. No need for other tools.

For me, the support is paramount. I used HR Partner at previous companies and currently trialling at a new.

Couldnt possibly do more for their customers if they tried.

System is so easy to use and they work with you implementing they system making the transition easy!

We use the system daily and use 90% of the features.

There isnt much not to like. Everything works as it needs.

This Tool Provide Good service for HR Functions; this app is beneficial for payroll, the onboarding process, attendance and many more. The Customer Support team is excellent,

Inclusion of all HR management options makes it the most preferred feature; it eliminates the need for support from any other human resource management method used alone. Each employee has the option to create their own profile, which they can do on anything from basic mobile devices to desktop computers. It allows them to keep track of daily attendance and submit requests for various types of leave.

We chose it after considering its facilities and service quality and deciding to hire it to address our HR issue. Although it is somewhat expensive to use, every HR management option is included, and the level of service is very high. As long as it is maintained, the price of service is acceptable. Since using it, we have not encountered any problems.

Through this, an employee's daily attendance, work efficiency, and qualification records can be kept for a long time, making it very easy for the management to give an annual promotion.

It was full-featured yet easy to use. We were looking to professionalize the HR functions in our small business, and HR Partner helped us manage and improve all aspects of it, from recruitment to admin to retention and more.

We're generally happy with it. Maybe more customization options for the org chart feature.

HR partner makes it easy to set up and get busy managing HR like a pro. Our onboarding, benefits management, and all things HR have improved dramatically.

HR Partner has integration options for some payroll companies but not ours unfortunately.

Our on boarding process used to be archaic and clumsy at best. HR partner has allowed us to streamline, be more proficient, and efficient than ever.

The interface is very easy to use and navigate.

Although easy to use, the system is somewhat text-heavy. The screens can, on some occasions, feel very busy. They are however very functional, and easy to navigate.

Helping to maintain our HR compliance and simple record keeping for our small business. This includes leave management and the recording of licences (required by law in our jurisdiction).

I have recently started using HR partner, and I have found it fantastic, it's so easy to use, and the support is fantastic.

Nothing yet as I am still quite new to using the system.

Holiday accruement.

Plenty of functions are well integrated, from the Recruitment process (posting on Job Boards) to the Employee Portal and the support for the OnBoarding.

The technical support is wonderful to react quickly with precise and effective solutions

We miss the Employees Appraisal (which should arrive soon).

All our HR processes are available. In one single portal, we found the solutions we needed.

I cannot stress enough how vital a good HR tool is for running a company, and HR Partner is precisely what we needed. It has all the basics covered for running an organization smoothly like Holiday approvals, expense claims, Employee onboarding checklists, company policies and what not. The support team is very responsive. I am extremely satisfied.

Before HR partner, there was no way to manage your employees and keep their records. Excel sheets are not the way forward once you grow beyond 5-7 employees. HR Partner helped us manage our employee database and streamline our hiring and employee onboarding process.
