I can use the software across platforms. I use it on my tablet, 2 phones and online. It's a seamless transition between them and I am very pleased with the responsiveness. I have used Quicken and a number of others and I am most pleased by this one. Whenever I have a question, concern or suggestion, the group is very responsive to my email and gets back to me often within hours. Since I use multiple platforms, I hope that they are getting a wide range of insight on the performance. I love this program and it makes it very easy for my accountant too when I run all the year end reports or use the reports to audit for anything missing. Super loving it.
A good portion of my tenants are older and not so tech-savvy. I don't want to be reminded that they haven't been invited to Housters or that I can set up online payments for them so much.
Not overly complex and a support system that is very responsive to suggestions and needs
Being across platforms is great. I have the business phone and can email/text receipts for payments made as soon as that is done. That saves me from giving paper receipts to them. I have my receipt scanner at home, so I do my end-of-day business on the laptop at home. I can save and send the leases to tenants whenever they have questions or need a copy. Reports at the end of the year to give my accountant for the taxes saves a lot of hassle. Also, the reports help me do my own auditing and help me track profit/loss for each property and overall.
