It allows tenants to be invoiced and rent to be paid online, background checks to be made for applicants, and accounting to be fully featured. With Housters, you get access to all of the services, as well as the ability to send and receive invoices and make online payments to and from Landlords. You can fill out online forms to your landlord or property manager, make maintenance requests, and pay rent. You can keep track of rent payments, subtracting any fees that must be sent to landlords. You can keep track of the costs that landlords owe you for property management. You can share tasks on your to-do list with property managers and landlords, then invoice and receive payments online. Additionally, with the Housters platform, all of your information is linked to the cloud, so you can access it through the website and mobile applications.
