HeyTeam is an onboarding tool that the management and HR teams to create highly targeted, personalized, and engaging onboarding programs for their new employees. HeyTeam claims that users can save a minimum of 16 hours on each onboarding and accelerate the integration of employees in their roles in a way that they are about 25 percent more efficient. HR teams can manage the entire onboarding process from end-to-end tasks. This ranges from administration and right up to the completion of training modules. The onboarding team can use HeyTeam to extend innovative education modules with an optimal collaborative experience and journey at every touch point of the onboarding journey. Users can redesign personalized courses be using templates and/or existing programs according to their role. Programs can also be sequenced with dedicated start and end dates along with integrated objects such as quizzes, questionnaires, events, and tasks. New employees can receive a presentation video of the company and they can unlock new content as they progress and complete the training.
