The only chat which can solve all our needs
We use HelpCrunch chat for communication with our clients, prospects, and email requests and it works great. We also like the additional marketing features like proactive chat and emails. It helps us engage leads on the website automatically and gather them all in one system, automatically assigning tags, and sending email campaigns for converting them later.

I love help crunch
I love help crunch. It's helped us keep all customer interactions in one place. We have 3 users, so they can all help answer customer emails, online chat requests, Facebook and Instagram messages. Works well and looks great on our site. Customer care is responsive too. Thank you!

HelpCrunch elliminates all our support headaches
HelpCrunch solved our problem of missalienged communications across channels, allowing to connect our mobile apps, social media messengers and live chat on website onto a single dashboard. Agents reported improved productivity and overal they like the ease of use and ability to customize their inbox views and route tickets using automation rules. We also use workflows to send replies to repetitive questions without a need of human intervention.

What do you like best about HelpCrunch?

I want to share my experience. I am a CTO at FinX. Before the war started, we used a chat room of a well-known brand that was created and administered on the aggressor's hosts (in russia). Our company is principled and we were looking for alternatives. Friends advised us to use Helpcrunch from their own experience. I like Helpcrunch's functionality (it has basically everything you need to organize chats with customers), and we integrated Helpcrunch with AI and all internal systems. From marketing and contact center feedback - very flexible widget settings, full analytics, and a user-friendly interface for operators. Support always responds to my requests.

1. There is an application for iOS.

2. In one place, you can process requests from the site, Telegram, Viber, Direct and Messenger.

3. Works stably.

4. You can use auto messages that are triggered by a script.

5. Good analytics and statistics.

6. It is possible to use email during non-working hours so as not to lose messages.

What do you dislike about HelpCrunch?

At the beginning of use, the application did not work stably. Lacks original sound for new message notifications. The app cannot edit the message after it has been sent.

What problems is HelpCrunch solving and how is that benefiting you?

Communication with customers, answering their questions, advising on products and store operation. We do not lose messages during off-hours. We clearly see the statistics and the quality of the work of operators.

"The best support chat service, period."
What do you like best about HelpCrunch?

When choosing a chat software that would fit our use case, we throughly tested about 10 different providers. Helpcrunch had the best widget customization options with the most reasonable pricing. Their own support is very reactive, helpful and understanding.

What do you dislike about HelpCrunch?

Maybe even a bit too many features which we do not use and are bloating the internal UI.

What problems is HelpCrunch solving and how is that benefiting you?

Having a highly customizable live chat widget which we use to flash-support our SaaS users.

What do you like best about HelpCrunch?

Helpcrunch does everything I need it to do. It is easy enough to use even for people that don't know much about tech.

What do you dislike about HelpCrunch?

I would enjoy if the formatting of popups was better. Using custom css is an option, however, it would be more user-friendly for everyone if it was improved.

What problems is HelpCrunch solving and how is that benefiting you?

I can easily see when a customer has a question or issue on our website.
