Our organizaiton uses Guru on a regular basis to assist with onboarding new members of our sales team. Not only is Guru our source of truth for all processes and policies, but also a learning center for the leadership group as well.
I haven't found anything I dislike about Guru yet.
Using Guru on a weekly basis allows me to work for intelligently on regular basis. Guru gives our company an all-in-one solution to solve complex problems and identify how to overcome obstacles as a team.
Guru is a sales enablement tool that hits the right level of complexity, detail and ease of use for all teams involved. It's easy enough to understand the organization schemas that Guru uses for the marketing and enablement teams when they implement the knowledge. The UI is really simple and search is very powerful for when sales are live on a call trying to find knowledge. We also have had a lot of success with measuring the impact of Guru with even just the basic analytics (adoption and verification score). We additionally love the slack integration since that's where most of our work gets done/talked about.
I've implemented Guru at 3 companies now and will continue to implement it wherever I go because of how simple it is to implement, how powerful it is for sellers and additionally how cost effective it is for our budget.
I do wish Guru had more capabilities around customization of content, but this is sort of the market niche that the product fits into. If you want those capabilities, you will pay a lot more and your sales team might not even be ready for it, in terms of their maturity.
Guru is the one-stop shop for all knowledge we want our customer-facing teams to have. Being able to put it all in one place with verification (massive feature) gives our teams confidence in the knowledge they share with customers and prospects!
The ease of searching content using keywords is similar to Google. In addition, the accuracy of the content will be reviewed regularly, and different users can also give feedback.
The integration of keywords can be more enriched, interface size can be adjusted to be larger
Provide integration of professional knowledge and processes

Initially, the formatting felt cumbersome when adding information/editing cards, but I quickly acclimated to the process.
Try it!
We no longer have bogged-down Google Docs that would inevitably get edited and altered and were inefficient to navigate from one to the next.
I like the knowledge that it shares with its users. It helps us maximize the tool to make sure we are on the right path by following the process. It ensures that all the steps are being followed.
Nothing because everything is nice......
